Easy Peasy
Great dress for work. Easy, comfortable, pockets! Zips up the back but not too tight across the middle. Good sleeve structure in that it's sleeveless but not too revealing for a corporate environment. Long but feels right with heels. Quick and easy on a Monday morning.

Nice cut and cute fit
Somehow I got a small when I'm a medium so it was snug but still fit. Nice faux look, not shiny. High slit in front so you have to think about it.
