Philo Dress

I got this from new arrivals list, came NWT. It did need steam to get creases out. Wore it on work travel, flying and sitting in meetings then dinner, it felt amazing on and looked great with heels. Wore it again to dinner with sneakers. Im 5'7", came just above ankles. I loved it and would have bought it if it were discounted.

Nice cut, flattering style, but very long, even with high heels size 8 was almost hitting the floor.

I ordered a 14, but I should have ordered a 12. So it was a bit loose all over. If you are between sizes, stick with a 12. I'll rent again, even though it's a pain to press.

This was very comfortable and the material is incredibly light — perfect work dress for summer. Also great for travel because a bit of wrinkle is part of the look. My only (minor) gripe is that the ruching in the midsection doesn’t lay flat so I found myself adjusting it a lot.

Wore for work cocktail party I hosted at a store. Amazing fit and detailing. Looks even better in person. Love the simple pattern.

This is an extremely flattering and modest dress (for when one is needed ;) ) Great for a conservative office.

This black dress gave off the perfect modern vintage 1920s vibe—almost a dropped waist flapper feel with just the right amount of edge. The crinkly material made it an unexpected hero for travel days: I wore it straight off the plane and into a meeting, wrinkle-free and feeling pulled together.

Very comfortable and interesting design. Seemed to have interesting fabric details in the areas like the hip that made things more flattering.

Perfect fit, wore it multiple times and got compliments galore. The top is lined, but the skirt is not, so I had to wear a slip underneath for work. I just let it be sheer over hot pants when I wore it out! You can't really see fully through it unless you're in the sun.

Great for travel because the material is already a bit wrinkled. Details especially around the waist elevate the dress and make it special. It is long but manageable and somehow works without being overwhelming

Unusual print/fabric combo made it special. I liked the frayed edges and the crinkled fabric. Made it easy to wear and would probably pack well.

Fit is forgiving. I wore a few different ways: alone, with a blazer, and with a blouse underneath. Thought about buying. Wore to work and evening activities.

Frayed edge gives it an edge and keeps it from being too precious. Lightweight, slightly crinkled fabric makes it perfect for travel. I'm frequently between a 2 & 4 in designer dresses, and the 2 fit perfect without being overly tight or constrictive. Might run slightly large if you like dresses very fitted.

I should have sized down, but it is a quality dress with great lines.
