Very long and the top is not adjustable
I thought this dress was gorgeous on the model, but because the two “panels” in the front are stitched together very high up, the dress did not afford the adjustability I was counting on for a halter style and therefore was not wearable for me. It may work well on a taller person with larger bust size.

Classic with a twist
I wore this gown to a black tie event and felt it was comfortable and classy with a little interest. I am just shy of 5’3 and was able to wear with approx 3” heels and held the dress when walking longer distances - I refuse to wear extra tall heels! I have larger hips/butt so the hip area was as tight as I would ever wear it, and the top fit well. The front did stick out more than expected but with some adjusting it worked well. I also appreciated the adjustable straps. Would recommend for a safe option!
