The side of the dress was the area I was the most nervous about. So dancing was tricky.

I am post partum but with some shape wear and fashion tape this dress worked perfectly. The chest is a little hard to get right, and to be comfortable this time it scratched my neck quite a bit. The fabric seemed to be stretched a little in a way that made it hard to keep the center from gaping. I’m also quite large chested. Cakes and some fashion tape went a long way!

I read all the reviews indicating that the top of the dress was too large, and as a smaller chested woman I wanted to listen, but still loved the look so rented anyway. I'm so glad I did! I ended up criss-crossing the straps and safety pinning them under my arms, that way the side boob wouldn't show, and it was PERFECT. I felt comfortable all night! Top was secure, waist was perfect, skirt was beautiful and hid any flaws, and got compliments all night. Would rent again! I never leave reviews (member for years) but had to leave you all with this hack!

This was a backup last minute gown but it did more than the job. Everything for perfect. The breast/top area was just right no adjustments and the flow from waist to bottom was great. I wore kitty 3” heels to allow the gown to cover my feet, floor action. I’m 5’6

I have smaller breasts so had to use fabric tape to hold me in place but otherwise absolutely loved the dress

There is so much fabric up top but noting a small safety pin can’t fix to give the dress the right proportions. I ordered the 10 and it was just a hair big. Tons of compliments and really loved the open back side cut, which is not for everyone.

Had to use fashion tape on the sides, as they were gaping on my small chest. But a beautiful dress, nonetheless!

I did not understand this dress. The boob area was way too loose - side boob galore. You would need a lot of tape to make this dress work. Did not wear.

I had to look back at the pic to remember how to wear it. I am not busty so I felt like I have to make the top super tight. Which made it slightly uncomfortable by the neck. It fit beautifully from the waist down. I didn't wear a bra at all. The dress is long and has a small train. I was wearing almost 4 inch heels and still stepping on the dress. I would rent to buy just so I could hem. Short Girl problems.

Too Long

Loved the elegant design and fit, but if you are like me and love to dance be mindful of the neck design as you dance it rubs on the neck and can cause it to be uncomfortable after a while. Nonetheless, loved how I looked in it!

This dress was super fun for a black tie wedding! Full back exposure and a halter with a cutout jazzed up the dress and made me feel top of my game. The tie wasn’t too difficult, but I added some fashion tape to the top to feel more secure. I didn’t need to adjust it throughout the night and it stayed put on the dance floor. Only problem: the sequin material irritated my skin at the end of the night.

The bottom is big and very very heavy fabric

I have a short torso, but this worked really well! I couldn't wear a bra but never felt that the sides were too revealing. It is a heavy fabric and longer length in the back. The back is stunning and I felt comfy and beautiful!
This dress is great... if you remove the tack (tiny stitches keeping it together) someone put in the top. I don't know if it was the designer or a previous renter. The tack isn't necessary for the design and makes the fit all wrong. Floor length in heels for my short frame. I couldn't get a photo that did it justice.
This was my backup dress so I didn’t wear it. It was almost perfect but I didn’t fill out the boobs and I also couldn’t figure out how to tie it 😂 if my other dress wasn’t perfect I would have worn this one.
First, this dress was gorgeous and the material is flattering. Just high enough at the waist that you can still pull off spanx underneath it, despite it being an open back. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wear either size. The 12 felt a little snug over my hips/thighs (the material underneath it kept riding up as I walked), and the size 14 was way too big in the chest area. Major side boob. If I lifted my arms, my boobs came out the side. Totally bummed! I ended up having to go with an old dress I already owned.
If you need a bra, even a strapless, you cannot wear this dress. It is backless and cuts down way low in the front. The ties to hold it up are also very very long so you can't get a good, secure tie. I ended up not wearing it.
it did not work for my figure
There is no one the top could fit me. Too saggy on the sides. I'm a 36C. So sad. I couldn't wear it at all. Wish I could pull the halter top higher but it was sewed together.
I should have paid attention to the other reviews. The proportions of this dress are completely off. It was almost great
Must have large Chest or it will drown your upper body
The top on this dress is oddly made. It was way too large and ill fitting up too. Did not wear.
The dress was very big. I did not get to wear it.
I didn't trust the other reviews and took a gamble on this dress and it was a fail! The bust area was not a good fit despite trying to use double sided sticky tape- unless you are looking for a total display of "the girls", you won't be able to make this dress work. Ended up returning immediately and wore something I already owned to the event.
Just a heads up, the neckline is not adjustable, at all, it’s fixed with a stitch where the fabric crosses. This will fit people with long torsos and large chests. I wasn’t able to wear it because of the sagging in the neck to waist.
While I am usually a 6 on the bottom, this fit me in a 4 just fine but the top was still a little awkward. It looked beautiful in photos still but i didn’t feel the fabric on top was a little bulging and not so comfortable so I didn’t wear it.
I enjoyed wearing this dress, but it was too long with any heel I wore and the neck was tight so that I didn’t fall out up top.
I thought this dress was gorgeous on the model, but because the two “panels” in the front are stitched together very high up, the dress did not afford the adjustability I was counting on for a halter style and therefore was not wearable for me. It may work well on a taller person with larger bust size.
So pretty but gapped in the boob area no matter how I tightened it.
I would need miracle tape to make this dress work. If I tied it right enough I felt like I was choking and still would need a bunch of tape to not have a wardrobe malfunction. The long was a great length, wish I could have it work and definitely glad I had ordered two styles of dresses to try for the event.
Here I am thinking that the reviews other ladies put up wouldn’t be me… I’m here to tell you they were! Proceed with caution. I got too excited about renting a Halston. The fit was NOT it. The body fit was too tight, and the top was WAY too loose to make sense. I also did not like the sequin portioned in person at all; I felt it looked too costumey and not well done enough for a formal wedding.
I feel like the only way this dress would work is if you were fairly small on bottom and let’s be honest have decent size fake boobs. Otherwise it’s not very adjustable and gaps on the sides…wasn’t able to wear either size
