I could have worn the L or the XL in terms of sizing but given how it was insanely cold out I went with the XL to have just a bit more overlap in the skirt wrap. Was able to pair it with tights and it still looked classy. The velvet burnout print made it feel very elegant and the pleating details in the back hugged my curves in the right ways. A really flattering dress if you are curvy.

This was my second choice dress but once I tried it on I fell in love. It was exactly what I wanted for a NYE wedding. I felt super pretty and sparkly and got many compliments all night. I loved the long sleeves because they kept my arms from chaffing on the sequins. I did have to fuss a little bit from time to time to keep the dress from twisting around but that really didn't bother me. I was comfortable the whole night and I wish I had an excuse to wear sequins more often.
