I'm a 32DD and the size 2 fit me perfectly. Not sure this dress would work well if you are flat chested.

Really nice dress for work.
The dress is very cute and classic. Great for my law firm. However, it is short. It says it is 36 inches long but I don't think it was. I am 5'2" and it was almost 2 inches above my knee.
