Wore this at 36 weeks pregnant and size 10 fit great (pre-preg size 6). This dress is beautiful and flattering. The only thing to watch out for is the part above the elastic band is sheer.

Would probably work in the final weeks of pregnancy, just as well as now. If I were my regular size, I'd probably size down to an S.
