I wore this to emcee a pageant and it looked GREAT for stage but was also appropriate (I feel like a lot of female emcees look like they're trying to look like they're competing). Even though it was long, I felt it ran a bit short. I only worse 3" heels and I was glad to spend most of my time behind the podium. I think the ideal height for the long is a 5'9/5'10 lady (I'm closer to 6'). I knew there was a chance it would be a bit short so I wasn't disappointed :) Fit great in the body!

The dress isn't entirely silver, but has a bronze/copper to it, as well. I was happy about that because it made it easier to pair with black shoes/bag (my silver shoes aren't quite as comfortable). I wore the dress to my boyfriend's firm's holiday party and I was floored by the number of compliments! It's on the shorter side but, because no cleavage/arms are being shown, it still is appropriate in a "corporate" setting. LOVE IT!

I loved this dress and got a lot of compliments. However, it is REALLY long. I'm 5'11 and it only looked good with 5" heels. It was easily below the knee.
