I have very long arms so the 3 fits well, but I could definitely size down except for the arms.

I would normally wear a 10 top but I have broad shoulders so the 12 is perfect.
My current problem area is a small tummy from steroids, but this fits perfectly, doesn't pull, and doesn't show anything.
