Loose sleeves, but loved
Since I was wearing this for work, the sleeves falling off my shoulders was a bit of an issue. I wore a cardigan over it and it was fine, and it would be cute with the sleeves off the shoulder. I’d try a size down but I’d be worried about it being too short on me.

Love the collar, open neck, and sleeves. It is cropped, so for work I had to make sure my pants were high waisted enough. Very comfortable and warm!

I wore this to both a casual lunch, and to work with a blazer and AF1s. It's on the short side, so you might want to wear bike shorts underneath. Got tons of complements!

This dress made me feel sexy and sophisticated!
I wore this to a wedding labor day weekend, and LOVED it. The length was sophisticated, while the back cut outs were sexy. Both the 8 and 10 fit, but to make sure I was completely comfortable the whole night, I went with the 10. The lace overlay made it so that I didn't need to wear spanx, and the blue underlay made it fun. 10/10 would rent this dress again (and actually wish I owned it). I felt great the entire night!
