Great dress, too much cleavage
I wore this dress out to dinner with friends and even after using fabric tape, felt very self conscious all night about how low cut it was. It also ran slightly large, so on top of being low cut, there was a lot of fabric. I have a larger bust, so this may be a better fit on women with smaller busts.

Nice dress. Odd fit.
This dress was pretty, but nothing special. The sleeves are beautiful and the highlight of the dress, but the addition of the high neck with a bow just made it too busy. I would have felt very ostentatious if I had worn it to work. The combination of the statement sleeves and high neck with a bow also just seemed overwhelming on my shorter frame.
