I loved the way this dress flattered my body through the waist and hips and the quality was amazing, but unfortunately, the arm band part was not flexible in the fabric or design, so I couldn't move my arms around easily without it cutting in. I felt like this dress is great if you are at a cocktail party with no plans to raise your arms to dance or move in any other way, but that wasn't practical for me. I wish there had been some give to the fabric or an elastic band to let the arms move freely. This restrictiveness occurred with both sizes I rented.

I was worried that as a very short woman that the full skirt would be too much on this dress, but the length and fullness were only a little long/overwhelming (but certainly not as short on me as on the model). The color is rich and the fabric felt luxurious. The bottom of the skirt has a firm lining that helps the dress keep its shape and a simple steam got the dress ready to wear in under 5 minutes. I enjoyed this dress for how comfortable and confident I felt in it, just wish there was a petite size available.

This dress was fun and whimsical for my boyfriend's college graduation. While I loved the style, the cut was unfortunately not right for a petite frame. It took a lot of taping to get the back to fit properly as my shoulder proportions weren't quite right. I was also only able to get this dress in a size 2 when I think maybe the 0 would have been a tad bit better. Regardless, the dress was the perfect choice for the event and I found it comfortable to wear all day long both indoors and out.
