I was SO excited for this dress, it was actually the reason I first joined RTR! Upon arrival, I realized that the color in person is nothing like the photo. In no world would I call this teal- it is very much a classic emerald green. I have worn many dresses from this designed before and am consistently a size 2 in their dresses, which is what I ordered for this one. Most of the dress fit ok except for the chest area. I typically don't have issues with the chest being too large (I'm between a 34A/34B) but this squished things until I had a bizarre uni-boob. It did not look ok and no amount of repositioning or adjusting made it go away. The dress fit well otherwise and the area around my ribs wasn't tight, just the boobs. Maybe sizing up would have helped but I worry the rest of it would have ended up too big/baggy. Either way, this dress was one of the few disappointments I have had since starting my membership.

The fit on this was SUPER comfortable! The dress is made from a very interesting fabric and was very soft and stretchy. I got a ton of compliments on it and the print catches your eye! Would absolutely rent again!!

The print of this dress is AMAZING! I wanted to love this dress but the fit is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. It is simultaneously too large AND too small. Portions of the dress are too long AND too short. I do not know what body type this was made for, but I can't imagine this fitting anybody. The chest and hips relatively tight. In contrast, the waist made this seem like a maternity dress. The middle portion is too long which makes the ruffles land at an awkward spot and the bottom of the dress is very short. I am 5'9" and the ruffle portion landed near the middle of my butt which looked strange but also meant the dress was so short that I could do nothing but stand (if I had worn this). Overall, it was unwearable which was a shame because it could be such a great dress.

I absolutely loved this dress. I am usually a size 4 (sometimes a 2) but ordered a 6 in this dress and it fit perfectly! The color is beautiful and the fabric has a very nice feel to it. It is thick enough to smooth everything out but not so thick that it is uncomfortable. Sadly, the seam/darting on the front makes it look like your nipples are poking through. I'm not sure if this would be different if I had a larger chest and the seam fell at a different spot, but it was extremely noticeable. I had ordered the dress for a wedding but ended up returning it because it would show up in all of the photos. Looking back, you can see it a bit on the model too. Otherwise, a gorgeous dress in an amazing color and a wonderful fit (if you size up a bit).

I read through the reviews and ended up not ordering a size up. I am usually a 4 and sometimes a 2 and went with a 4 for this dress. It was snug but not too tight that I couldn't zip it up by myself easily. I think it needs to be on the tighter side because if it were looser I don't imagine the ruffles would look as nice or have the same structure they do. The dress was very short but I'm 5'9" so I think it wouldn't be as bad on somebody a bit shorter. Ended up not wearing it because it was so short- more like a club dress and not a wedding guest dress.

Fit was great, snug enough that you don't need to wear a bra but not too tight that it is uncomfortable. The color is very vibrant in person and the mesh with dots is subtle but extremely pretty. It has pockets which is always a plus! The lower portion of the dress is a bit big- almost bordering on 'poofy'.

Dress is a beautiful color and the fabric is very forgiving! I was worried about the ruffles but they look very nice in person. I'm 5'9" and ordered the 4L- it is the perfect height with heels. The material is a bit thick so I was worried that it would be warm but the slit helps keep you cool. With how stretchy the material is, a 2 might have worked as well but probably wouldn't have been as comfortable.

Ran a bit large, I'm usually a 4 across the board but ending up wearing a different dress because this was a bit too baggy. The shoulder straps are cute in the picture but not great in real life- I felt like they constantly needed to be adjusted. Color is so dark that it almost looks like black and not navy.
