I didn't wear this dress, but a friend of mine did and it fit her perfectly. I tried the dress on and it was so pretty and fit great, but I went with my first option. The bust is a bit big so make sure to wear a bra and bring safety pins just in case. This one was just a tad loose and I am a 36B but the 10R was extremely loose. The waist was just a tiny bit snug but totally manageable. I would recommend this dress to someone who is a bit taller. There is a lot of fabric at the bottom and if you are shorter it tends to look a little heavy, as if the dress is wearing you. Overall, a single pretty gown that I would gladly wear to any event.
