Runs a tad large
It was very pretty but I think best for larger buster person (help straps lay better). I feel ran a little big but they didn't have an 8 available either. If I had larger chest perhaps would have fit better

Lots of compliments!
I was not happy to receive both gown (backup) and notice the lining sticks up at top of gown above breast. I had to tack the bodice lining to the waist seam which worked very well- otherwise I would not have been able to wear. It is very easy to do and it was a very beautiful dress with lots of compliments. I am about an 8 right now 145 lb 5'4" but if my chest were any bigger I couldn't have worn an 8 and would recommend a 10 for larger chest.

Lovely color!
I rented this to wear over the Jill Jill Stuart Viola Colorblock gown ...and oh had I wished to actually have brought it to the event! I was so angry I left it at home. It is a beautiful piece! Agree with other reviewers about the color which is good! It would have looked fabulous with my dress. Some viewers had reported too large. I believe this may have been the case but either RTR or another renter had stitched it tighter. You couldn't tell and it would've fit perfectly with the stitch IF I HADNT FORGOTTEN IT (:

Pretty earrings
Perfect length, gold with shimmer, but a few of the mini stones were missing. Not enough not to wear especially given moderate price compared to other earrings. Overall pleased

Beautiful colors!
Loved this dress colors! I am pretty flat up too so low cut typically doesn't bother me... but the straps were lose (probably for having flatter chest in a larger size) and so I used a v cut sticky backless bra which worked perfectly ( from Target) but also added some "umph" which I wasn't as comfortable with at my age.... But, I received many complements! And don't forget the tape to hold straps in place. There is a beautiful faux fur (deep purple- like) wrap that looked fabulous with this dress for a fall or winter event but I forgot it at home! Regardless- it was a great dress.

Small. Seams weird in back
I rented size up hoping would fit well given their reviews. The snaps to attach the back ruffles over zipper was really weird and (bluntly) made my butt look big and made it appear it didn't fit ...although it did actually go on well

Very comfortable for a semi-dressy event
Need something dressy, but classy, but something to keep cool in hot weather. This dress was very comfortable. I am small on top and have curves at hips./butt! The upside is the top works well for smaller breasted women but downside is if you aren't comfortable with box pleats at waistline perhaps accentuating some extra hips... then shouldn't order. However, the pleating is a slightly higher waistline which helps. I was self conscious of the accentuated waistline, but did feel good wearing it and the compliments that went with it.

Beautiful dress
Beautiful and slightly conservative yet just enough sass. Slightly low cut (although not in larger busted likely) and slightly short with trace of see through waistline braided detail... yet classy. I love this dress for dinner or even cocktail event. I worked to a military celebration.

Loved it but arrived late as backup
I had another dress that wasn't available. I was disappointed with replacement and requested another backup. RTR came through but it arrived late for event. I will definitely rent again for another event. Was very flattering

Too small. Sort of cheap
I love red dresses. I am small on top and typically so not have a problem with this style dress in one size smaller (hips larger). Felt the material was cheap. Even if it did fit I wouldn't have worn. But RTR came through and overnighted another dress/style

Beauty- but zipper is a pain
As others have described... the zipper is a pain to zip past the seam. But once on... don't have to worry! The dress is a beautiful color and was comfortable once on. I truly love this dress and likely will order again in the other colors. I was fortunate to have amazing RTR customer service since this was an overnighted dress to make up for other dresses ordered which were too small or damaged.

Wanted a sassy evening outfit for night in LA
Size 10 could have worked but was a little short and tight than I was comfortable with. I have gained some weight his past year and size has varied. I preferred cute and casual than tight and short for my outings so didn't wear. Definitely not for someone large on top/large breast size....

Easy vacation pick
Took on trip to LA. Wanted a cute relaxed look for afternoon beach into nightlife and this worked very well. I'm about size 10 and medium was ok but could have even gone small. Love the relaxed fit... not to short... not too long
