Dress is true to size, it's a bit long so you do need high heels if you are not tall (I'm 5'5"). The ruffle down the center creates a sexy look without revealing much skin. The color is deep and rich which allowed me to use shades of purple/plum for make-up and accents. Wore the dress to a gala and got compliment after compliment all night. The material is very comfortable, however wearing shapewhere is an absolute must for a smooth look. This is a great dress if you've got curves.

This is a very comfortable dress. The material stretches and is pretty forgiving. I wore it for a summer university alumni gala and it was perfect. I was a little worried about having to pull up the top because it's strapless, however I had no problems at all. In spite of the model's photo, the slit is not that pronounced, so I felt like I was showing just the right amount of leg for "keeping it classy." The color is absolutely eye-catching. I'm a brown-skin lady and the contrast of the yellow turned out to be fabulous. Size ran a little snug, I'm usually a 10, but wore the 12 so I could breathe easier. Overall great dress.

This dress is extremely comfortable and perfect sexy. The slit is such that it doesn't open wide or inch up too high, which is nice because you don't have to keep readjusting all evening. It's lined on the inside and the fabric has weight. I wore this for a birthday party with some huge gold platforms and it was absolutely wonderful.

This dress hugs every curve beautifully. While the length is short, it's designed in such a way that it doesn't ride up so you don't have to be "discreetly" pulling down your hem all night. I wore this to an art event and it was a huge hit. The fabric stretched just the right amount to still feel comfortable around my shoulders and arms (which are kind of broad). Overall, it's a gorgeous dress that made me feel like an art piece.

The fit was exactly as described, very true to size. It was a little bit long, but nothing that platform heels couldn't fix. Overall a very comfortable dress to move, sit, eat, dance in. It's also just the right amount of sexy for formal events. The only negative observation I made was the edge of the lace along the hem was worn and I had to trim off a few dangling threads. The dress did arrive a day late, but was packaged well and very clean. This is a beautiful dress that works for a wide array of formal events.
