This was an extremely comfortable dress. I wore it to an evening wedding, where we actually had to walk down a dirt road to get to the ceremony (outside, that's the pic), and then walk back down the same dirt/gravel road to get back to the reception location. It was true to size and if you are in between sizes you might want to go down a size. I am bigger up top, so I went for the 12 even though I got both the 10 and 12. I think the only thing I had an issue with was long periods of sitting were slightly uncomfortable due to the sequins, and when i first put it on, the some of the sequins were sticking together, so I just had to look the whole dress over before putting it on to pull them apart--otherwise it just looked weird, like the material was pulling together. I received a ton of compliments, and a few other people commented on a photo asking where they could get the same dress!

Let me caveat with I did not wind up wearing this--it was for a wedding and a couple people told me not to wear it because it is white, so I shouldn't compete with the bride ... I sized down for this dress, so it must run pretty large! I had reservations because it's a shift dress, and I am curvy. Usually shift dresses accentuate the wrong parts, or just hang like a bag. This one has a little shaping on the inside to flare out around the hips. It was EXTREMELY comfortable. I would definitely rent this for another occasion, but probably not a wedding!

I actually didn't wear this ... I rented more than one dress because I was travelling and I am the most indecisive person ever. I didn't wear it because it was a family wedding and it was a little more low cut than I would like to wear around them! Also it was slightly tight around the upper rib cage--not a lot of give. I would definitely rent this one again though!
