I am 34C , 5'4 and 125 pounds. This dress was perfect in every way .
Wear a V shaped Bra the material gathers around your chest and you want to look perky not droopy. The dress is flowy and it hits above your ankle if you are 5'4. It was the perfect size 4 , normally Im a 6 but this was just perfect.

The sweater is a bit short and I have a long torso so you can wear and undershirt and it fits great
