Holy cow this dress is short!!
I read some of the reviews saying this dress was short, but it was still much shorter than I expected. I'm 5'7", and this dress ended up being about halfway between the tops of my knees and my lady bits. Too short for me! Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable wearing this dress out in public and wore something else instead. I think this dress would work well for women shorter than 5'4". The dress also runs tight. So if you're between sizes, I'd size up on your backup. The quality and feel of the fabric were good. I wish I had been able to wear this dress, but I'm glad I didn't.

No stretch
I thought the style of the dress was beautiful. I really wish it had fit properly so I could have worn it. There is no stretch to the fabric at all. So if you're like me and have a smaller bust compared to your hips and butt, I'd probably stay away. I usually wear a size 8 in dresses, a size 10 in pants, and a 6 in tops (or size medium for any of those). The 8 in this dress was WAY too small in the hips, which I expected. The 10 fit great in the hips and butt, but was way too baggy on the top. Hourglass or straight body types would rock this better than pear shaped.

I loved this dress. The fabric weight was heavy enough for winter. The cut of the dress emphasized my small waist. The length was not too short. I would rent this again.

The fit was great. It snugged in all the right places without being overly reveling. I was able to wear a regular bra without fashion tape.

I wore this dress to a baby shower. It was super cute, but has no stretch at all. And maybe just a little short for my taste. I think this dress would look best on thin girls.

I got so many compliments on this beautiful dress!
I currently usually wear a size 8 in dresses, and the size 8 worked perfectly in this dress. I had already planned on wearing flats, so the regular length worked great with my 5'7" height. The dress was still about a half in shorter than I would have liked, but it kind of stretched by the end of the evening. If you're planning on wearing heals, I would consider getting the long. I found the dress to be really comfortable and easy to walk in. The only downside would be that it was a little difficult to move my arms without the sequins or dress cutting in. Overall, I'd highly recommend this dress.
