I love the color of this dress! It looks a bit darker in my photo- the color on the website is accurate. This dress does run small- I normally wear an 8 and fit snugly in the 10. I could not get the 8 over my hips. The 10 was also a little difficult to get over my hips, but was flattering once I put it on. Despite the snug fit, it was easy to walk and dance in. I really liked the below-the-knee length. I am quite a bit smaller on top and felt that with the 10 I was pulling the top up through the night, but the overall fit and look made up for this.

I absolutely loved the purple color of this lace dress- that alone for me gives it 3 stars. I thought the style was perfect for a late summer / early fall wedding. The dress is lined with a satin-like fabric that made the dress super comfortable- though the outdoor wedding ended up being on the hottest weekend I can remember and the fabric was not breathable. I am giving the dress 4 stars because of the fit. I am typically a true 8 but wore the 10 as the 8 was just too small over my hips. I did read reviews and sized up and am glad I did! I am very pear shaped and I wasn't able to fill out the top of the dress in the larger size. You can see these issues in the photo. Regardless I loved the color and style and made it work despite the fit issues.
