Definitely wear a cami under!
When you sit down, there is a huge gap, so you definitely want wear something under it. I really liked the pleated detail on the side.

Definitely need spanks with this dress.
Beautiful dress for a black tie event -- I received lots of compliments. It is very tight fitting around the midsection so I suggest purchasing spanks to wear with it. It pretty much shows every flaw without.
