Luckily this was my backup gown so I didn't need it. The dress runs snug so I would definitely size up at least for your backup. It's also kind of short! I'm 5'10" and got the long but it was still too short.

This dress fit great. I am 5'10" about 155-160# and I wore the ML. The length was great with 4" heels. It was a little roomy in the bust but I don't have much going on up there, I'm a small C cup. I did wear a sticky bra and some spanx to give a little support. I rented this dress for a black tie NYE wedding reception and it was great, especially will the sparkly Kate Spade jewelry and the clutch I rented. Would definitely rent all again.
