This dress is beautifully made. It is very structured and I was able to wear it without a bra. I unfortunately did not wear this dress for my event because however beautiful it was, it just did not feel right on me. I am 5'1 and it hit about mid-calf which was not the length I was looking for. It was a little bunchy around the waist which was camouflage for the tummy, but also looked a little odd. The fabric is very thick, so probably not ideal for a warm weather event if you will be outdoors. Overall it is a great dress, just wasn't for me.

The fit was decent - I am on the short side so it was a little longer than I wanted but still nice. I ordered this dress as a back up and did not need to wear it which I was happy about, it was pretty well worn with some fraying threads and the color was very faded. Still a decent dress for a casual event, but a little too "loved" for the wedding I was going to.

This dress is absolutely beautiful and I felt amazing in it! The fabric is heavy but not uncomfortable. Very structured which I loved. The color is bright and vibrant exactly as pictured. I was able to size down to an 8 and it fit like a glove. The straps are a little long especially if you are on the short side. I criss crossed them in the back as others suggested and that helped, I still should have pinned them as I had to adjust several times through the night. That did not take anything away from the dress overall though. Will definitely rent again!
