This dress was great! I cannot even tell you how many compliments I received all night! I unfortunately didn't get a picture of the back, but the back is stunning and the pockets are SO AWESOME (I got to keep my cell phone close to me all night!). The color of the dress is so beautiful- it's a deep royal blue- so pretty! I would say it did run a bit big. I usually wear a size 2 and this was a bit big through the waist. It fit fine enough for me to still wear it, though, and I'm so glad I did! The only reason why I'm not giving this dress 5 stars is because of the thickness. I just so happened to be at an outdoor wedding, and it was 89 degrees and no clouds in the sky! This dress was a little too thick for a hot, outdoor wedding- so be cautious of that if you decide to rent! The material of the dress, besides the thickness, is great. Very unique! The one downfall to the material is it shows any sort of condensation. I held a beer that had come out of a cooler and I tried hard to wipe all the water & condensation off the bottle before I drank it. When the bottled touched the dress, it showed the condensation- so be careful of this! It wasn't a big deal at all- just a note, in case! Overall, I loved the dress and would definitely rent it again!!!!

THIS DRESS IS AHHHH-MAZING!!! I'm short and fairly petite so finding a dress that fits is sometimes challenging. This was my first time ever using Rent The Runway and I am so happy that this was my first dress! I ordered a size 0 & a size 2 and ended up never even trying on the size 0, as the size 2 fit perfectly! I was worried about the dress being too long but with heels, it balanced the length out. Plus, I was at a fancy wedding so the longer, black, lace dress really fit the venue well! The back of the dress was gorgeous as well- shows off some skin on your upper back- but I didn't get a photo of the back (sorry!). The dress is a satin/silky material with an all-lace overlay. I danced ALL night in the dress and it was very comfy! I will say- the material isn't "stretchy" so if you're looking for a stretchy dress- this is not for you! With that being said, the dress was still extremely comfortable and I had numerous compliments! The dress is very elegant and classy. I paired it with my own chunky necklace, but I almost wore the dress without a necklace. It's so timeless you really don't need much jewelry! I would highly recommend this dress to anyone!!
