Great dress for a daytime event or date. It was very comfortable and made me feel beautiful in my birthday date down to the beach. Shoulders stay put and don't dig at all. Length was a little long (I'm 5'6 and wore flat sandals) so the dress dragged a bit on the ground. I would definitely rent this one again!

I rented this dress for a dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. The dress is really cute, flowy and the fabric is really soft. I rented a 2 and it fit fine except that the dress was really tight in the shoulders and the sleeves seemed too short. I don't have super long arms and have never had an issue with sleeve length, nor am I broad shouldered. Rent the runway sent me a size 4 and I had a similar issue. It fit better in the shoulders, but the sleeves were still short and the extra fabric with the 4 was a bit much on my small frame. I really wanted to wear this dress, but it just didn't work on my frame.

I rented this dress for Valentine's Day. It was super comfortable and easy to move inane the length was perfect. I normally wear a 2/4 (I'm 128 lbs and 5'6) and wore the xs in this dress. There wasn't a huge difference between the small and the extra small - I could have really worn either but I liked how the xs was a little tighter. The fabric is really different and holds you in nicely. I paired this dress with black tights and booties and a simple silver necklace, although you really don't need to accessorize with everything going on in this dress! I can't wait to rent this or another Clover Canyon dress again. The way the pattern is printed really accentuates your waist and curves. This dress had a very short zipper so you have to put it on over your head.

This dress is gorgeous and I wish I would have had the chance to wear it! I will definitely be renting this one again in the future. I the fabric is thick and luxurious. I normally wear a 2, and the 2 fit but it was almost too tight and made me have some spillover by my arms, so I would have wanted to wear a 4 had it been available. If you have a bust at all (I'm a 34 B) I would size up as there is no stretch to this fabric at all. From the pictures, you'd think this dress is really poofy and might overwhelm a smaller frame, but I didn't find this to be the case at all - it had some poof, but the pleats in the front kept it in control. The high low is a fun feature, especially with the gold peaking out from the inside and the neckline is also unique. This is a really classy dress - perfect for a holiday party or fall/winter wedding. And there are pockets! :)

I rented this dress for my husbands holiday party and it was definitely a dress I wouldn't normally pick for myself but I enjoyed wearing it and it made me feel sexy. It's very fitted - I normally wear a size 2 or a 4 and the small fit perfectly. The only thing that was a bit weird was the length of the sleeves. They were really long on me so I had to tuck them under. I'm petite up top, so I think if I had broader shoulders it would have been fine. This dress is short, but not so much that you'd have to wear tights or something, although if you plan to do much walking around in it, you'll be pulling it down all night. You really can't wear a bra with this, and if you wear spanx, they can't be the full coverage ones since they will come up too high and peek out the back. This dress is not scratchy at all but the sequins do get caught on each other at times when your arms are down at your sides. It's a thick, warm dress, especially since it has long sleeves so it was perfect for our Christmas party!

I rented this dress for a holiday cocktail party and based on other reviews knew to size down. I'm typically a 2, but sometimes a 4. I ordered a 0 and a 2. Both fit and would have been fine to wear. I wore the 2 just to give me a little extra length (but not much!), the 0 fit better overall but I wanted the length. This dress is short but fine as long as you keep your arms down and don't bend over. The arms on this dress are a bit tight - it wasn't a problem for me but I could see some girls having an issue there. This dress is not form fitting no matter how much you size down. It hints at your shape but doesn't hug curves. I think this dress is better suited to curvy girls with bigger busts. I didn't have much of a shape in this dress. Overall I liked this dress and thought it was very pretty, but I don't know that I would rent it again. I like something with a little more shape to it.

I rented this dress for a holiday cocktail party and actually didn't end up wearing it because there was some damage to the dress, but rent the runway sent me a replacement dress immediately that I actually loved just as much. This dress is beautiful but I feel as though it's been rented a lot as the lace is definitely showing signs of wear (fraying) along the edges of the dress. The color is a beautiful navy blue and the details (boning and back) are really fun. I rented both the 2 and 4 and there wasn't a huge difference in them - the 2 was ultimately a better fit because the stomach area was a bit loose on the 4, but I think I could have probably even worn a 0 if I had some spanx on. The neck is a little loose so some fashion tape would be helpful and you can't wear a bra with this one unless it's backless. The dress hit me just above my knee. Overall, such a beautiful dress and I hope to be able to rent it again in the future!

This was actually a backup dress as my original order arrived with some damage, but I'm so happy it worked out this way because I adore this dress. It's simple and classy but still a little fun with the lace and ruffle. I wore it to a holiday cocktail party and felt beautiful in it. I'm normally a 2 and I wore a 2 (I'm 5'6, 128 lbs and a 34 B). This dress has no stretch to it at all and is quite fitted at your natural waist, so if you're curvier or have a larger bust I'd suggest going up a size for your backup. It wasn't comfortable to sit in it but it was comfortable standing and walking around. I paired it with black peep toe pumps and a fun statement necklace. I would definitely rent this dress again (or even buy it!) and was so sad to have to return it!
