I reserved this dress over a month before I needed it for a birthday trip for which I needed a pink dress. They emailed me at 2:15 the DAY before it was supposed to arrive, and told me to select a replacement by 3pm! I then had to rent a car and pay >$200 for a replacement dress that I had to drive an hour to pick up after working a 12h night shift to have in time for my trip! I am still so upset about this and they handled the whole thing poorly. I’m cancelling my future reservation for next month because I can’t trust them to have my gown for my best friend’s wedding, so now I’m scrambling to find another event dress!
