I got this as a back up and didn’t end up wearing it. I mistakenly thought it ran short and ordered long which was way too long for me at 5’5”. It was also a little irritating on my skin where the sequins hit my skin. I think if I would have selected the right length this would have been a great choice for the charity gala I was attending.

I have recently lost weight to I ordered a 16 and a 14 but the 14 never came. The 16 seemed a little bug in the bust and the shoulder area seemed really loose because the bust area wasn’t very tight. The rest of the areas fit great and I don’t think anyone noticed it was loose on me other than my mother. I got lots of compliments all night. I would recommend this dress if you can get the right size in the bust area.

I decided to try to rent a dress at the last minute and am usually a 12/14. The 14/16 was the only one available so I decided to take a chance. I think the style would have looked good for my figure but it was much longer on me than in the photo (it hung mid shin/calf) and the bust area was loose on me. I usually am a 36-38D or DD and I it just looked baggy in the chest area. I think if it were a smaller size it would have looked okay, but the length was so off from what I expected that I'm not sure how much smaller I would have had to go. Otherwise the delivery was super fast! I ordered on Saturday night and got it Tuesday morning. I also like that I'm able to return the dress for a credit. I will definitely try again some time.
