This fit literally exactly, and so.i didn't end up wearing it because it had no give and I was hosting a bridal shower so I wanted to be able to move freely and comfortably. The 14 fit as well with more free comfort- buy the bow part sagged and looked weird.

From the waist to the neck was not adjustable and it was about 4 in too long! And I have a longer torso.

Super cute
Loved this dress it was a smidgen tight to zip but a smile loose in the shoulder/bust and I have wide shoulders so if you have narrow shoulders it might not work for you. But it felt great fun to dance in.

Great dress weird shoulder
Fit well very cute though short- but that was the point. The shoulder seemed like it should have has a shoulder pad in it and didn't so it was a little funny feeling.
