Ended up wearing something different
I didn't end up wearing this dress, partly because of the way the skirt poufs out. There's a horizontal line below the hips that made the material pouf more than I liked. Otherwise, the top half was perfect and the material is light and lovely.

Fun dress, loved the art deco feel!
Fit larger than I expected- I usually wear size 6 but ended up wearing the back-up size 4 and felt that even this was a bit too big, both in the bust and the waist. The material was thicker than I imagined, which was probably good since I wore it to a Holiday party.

Nice dress, soft material, great for a holiday party!
Definitely runs small (without a lot of give) as other women have noted. Especially tight in the arms (I have somewhat thicker arms), and it did ride up a bit when I walked, but perhaps a L would have been a better choice. Hard to know with only S, M and L options!
