Fit was great! They are snug in the legs for overalls, but fortunately my legs haven't changed much during pregnancy so they fit me well. My only gripe is how low the sides come down. I still wear my non-maternity shirts over my bump, but with how low the sides were, my shirt sometimes rode up and showed a little skin on the sides. Still wore these a ton once I found appropriate shirts!

I am 7 months pregnant so I thought I would still be safe ordering a Medium (I'm 5'6" ~130 lbs pre-pregnancy). I was SWIMMING in this, even with my growing belly. I wore it as a lounge shirt around the house so I at least still got some wear out of it. Would recommend not sizing up, and expect for it to be very oversized in your typical size.

This was a super comfortable dress while I'm in that in-between phase of pregnancy where my belly is too big for my regular clothes, but doesn't fill out true maternity clothes. I'm typically a 2 in Reformation and with the stretch in the back + a size 4, this fit me perfectly. This is my first pregnancy so finding clothes that fit (and are flattering!) throughout the stages has been tricky, so ladies in your second trimester - this may be a great option!
