This dress was terrific! Really, I was hesitate because there were no reviews and the ruffles, but the ruffles were less ruffly and more like graceful folds. Made me feel like I should be doing the tango. Probably one of the most comfortable I've worn from RTR yet. It has a soft lining and a bit of stretch. I could have easily worn the 4R or 6R but opted for the 6 just because I didn't want it to be too tight after eating. I'm 5'2" about 125 lbs. I didn't need or wear a bra, but I'm not sure what type would have worked as the cut ins by the arms/underarms is a little low, but the fabric hugs so I didn't feel like I needed one. I wore platform heels and with those the height was just perfect since I didn't get a petite.

Typically I wear a 6, but I always order the 4 and 6. In this dress, the 4 fit much better than the 6 without being too tight. I saw other reviews said the arm holes were tight, but I didn't find that to be the case. The color is more aqua than the professional photos show. However, that was evident in the other reviewers photos. Perfect be achy color, but with the silver sparkle it seemed a little more formal as it needed to be for my event.
