Emil Dress

This dress was very flattering! I think it fits true to size. I don't have a big chest but if you do, you may be hanging out of it. I would keep it if it was on sale.

Love the cut of this dress, have yet to send it back. It was a big hit on my Miami girls trip.

I wore this for a night out. It fit true to size and was actually very comfortable. It's lightweight and has lightly padded cups so I didn't even have to wear a bra. HIGHLY recommend.

Wore this to a corporate event and I loved it. Surprisingly comfortable and it fit perfectly!

This dress has like a corset structure yet is somehow supportive and very comfortable at the same time. You will like need some tape or adhesives to make the top portion work.

This dress fit beautifully. I felt elegant and it was perfect for a summer event.

The boning keeps it in place but it’s super comfortable- forgot I was in a dress at all. No adjusting or riding up. The fabric is lightweight but not see-through. Lots of compliments!

Great for a wedding on a hot day. Easy to dance in - did have to pull up the shoulder straps a few times while dancing but otherwise they were good.

Wore this out to a double date. Fit perfectly. Loved it and would definitely rent again

I opted for a medium, and the top embraced my figure perfectly while remaining incredibly comfortable. The full-length view of the dress remained unzipped due to a stuck zipper, but the second photo accurately represents the bodice and chest when it’s zipped. The fit is so secure that I never had to worry about wardrobe malfunctions. My build is mostly straight, so this helped give me a bit of waist. Designed with a high waist, this dress offers plenty of room in the tummy area, which was a big plus. It was an easy choice to keep this one over the other dress I ordered. Although the straps occasionally slid down my shoulders due to their placement near the edge, the corset fit assured me I wouldn't experience any nip-slips. I didn’t need any shapewear or a bra underneath. I would absolutely wear this dress again!

The gathering in the skirt is very cute and it does not open all the way, so it has a sexy look without feeling like you are going to be exposed. I did not have to wear a bra because the top is double layered and has very thick and nice feeling material. The back has the gathered stretchy material for a perfect fit!

It fit great - not too tight but not too loose. I was feeling bloated that day but had an engagement party to go to. The dress’s cut was so forgiving in the stomach area and I felt great it in even with the bloat! Would definitely rent again!

Really cute but not flattering on my body. Probably should have gone with my normal Medium but was worried about the just.

I ordered the XL and the L for back up- I’m 5’2” and 145lbs. The L was tight under the armpits and around the torso (in the ribcage/underboob area)- but my boobs (small Bs) filled the bust/cups fine. The XL (the one I ended up wearing), fit more comfortably overall, but was loose in the bust area. I was able to wear a stick on strapless bra under my regular strapless bra, for extra padding and push-up power lol, which worked for the most part but I was self conscious bending over or just being around taller people standing close because you could see the bra if you looked directly down the front of the dress. No one seemed to notice, and my mom and sister were on alert and kept reassuring me, so I wasn’t SUPER self conscious- just more hyper aware. Otherwise, the dress was very pretty and I received many compliments. It seems to be made for those with a little bit of a bigger chest to fill out the bodice-like style. And if you do have a smaller chest- you just have to be thin enough to fit in the smaller sizes. If I was probably 10-15 lbs smaller, the large would’ve fit perfectly because it would’ve been looser under my arms. In that same vein, the XL would’ve fit perfectly if I was a cup size larger. Beautiful dress! I wore to a brunch and looked stunning. However, I felt it was a bit loose on the waist, the corset was not form fitting.

I needed the space in rib cage area but I couldn’t fill it out in the chest. I am a true 8 and the medium was too tight the large too big especially in the cups I needed like 3 more inches of boobs but it could be post breastfeeding shape tbh

i have broad shoulders and it worked but if you don't the straps will definitely fall off...would be amazing as a halter, everywhere else, the draping, bodice, etc was great

This was absolutely adorable as a summer wedding guest dress! Although it shows a good amount of boob, it is structured enough that the girls didn't move at all and I wasn't worried about adjusting or wardrobe malfunctions, even while dancing. It's very flattering, and I got a ton of compliments. I found it true to size, perhaps a tiny bit snug (needed help zipping it up but didn't feel too tight once zipped).

The shape of this dress is just amazing, it falls so nicely. The fit of it works great for a pear shape and it does run a bit small. Great for a summer wedding or party.

I loved this dress so much. The lightweight fabric, the colors, the feminine feel. However, I didn't end up wearing it. The sculpted cups cut into my bust creating an unflattering look. For reference, I'm a 36 D.

Wore this as my maid of honor dress in a Wedding and it fit wonderfully. The zip enclosure wasn’t horrible and there is some stretch to the back even though it is a very structured dress. I had to use a bunch of boob tape bc a bra was not an option with the cut of the dress (I tried a bunch). The length of the dress was nice and I appreciated the one slit.

I sized up because I was only 12 weeks postpartum but the dress fit great. I don’t have a very large chest and it fit well, so that might be the only watch out.

I knew this dress probably wouldn’t fit me but I rented anyway! It’s a beautiful dress but I would say a C cup might be pushing it. I’m a 34DD/D and it was comically small in the chest. I’m usually a size 2 or 4 and have pretty slim hips. I found the body of the dress to be slightly large but the chest area tiny.

If you have a long torso, don't bother. The waist came up too high. Great neckline though!

Really pretty dress but I found the sizing weird. There is boning that adds lift and structure while the back is stretchy. The cups are large. I am a 34DD and found the rib cage a little snug and the cups left a gap. The issue is that it is well made and one can opt out of wearing a bra. But, it was too much space for me and the dress is so structured you can’t wear a push-up bra with it. Anyway, gorgeous dress if it works for you.
