I’m 5’5” and this dress hit my heels. It worked very well with heels though.
The color kinda washed me out but it was very polished looking. Could be with you work, too.
Wasn’t exactly how I thought it was going to look/fit in person
Overall shape of the dress wasn't flattering, and the color totally washed me out. I tried to style a couple of different ways (in pictures). Was a "meh" for me.
I really liked it. It was easy to wear and adorable on.

Thought this would be cute, but so long. I’m 5’4” and this wouldn’t even work with heels.

This dress didn't fit my body. It was way too baggy on the bottom and just felt sloppy. I have pale skin and strawberry blonde hair, and it was not the kind of "neutral" that was flattering for me.
Loved the fabric but the fit was strange with the elastic around the back. I think it ran a bit large so it was unflattering worn without a jacket or sweater overtop. I styled it in a way that the waist was hidden so it turned out cute. Would rent again in a smaller size.
