Live this dress, however the belt is so fitted that it rolled and needed to be adjusted every trine I sat down.

What a flattering dress, many complements when I wore it to speak at a conference.

Open cut back means it’s hard to wear with a bra. Also, I needed assistance zipping it up over the embroidered waistband. Once I got it on though, absolutely loved it

I didn’t expect much but the fit and details of this were stellar. I wore it to work and didn’t want to take it off. I ended up wearing it for my birthday dinner because it just felt so nice.

I loved the fit of this dress and the unique details. Many compliments on this one.

Or the dress for a work dinner and I loved how unique and find the pattern was. The belt at the waist, definitely cinched and was flattering.

This is the second time I’ve worn this dress for a rehearsal dinner and I get so many compliments on it every time. A couple things to note - the zipper for this is very sticky so you’ll need someone to help you and I’d recommend fashion tape under the belt area so it doesn’t fold over when sitting. Otherwise this dress is a a favorite!

I LOVED it! The fit was perfect (maybe looks a bit baggy up top where I’m smaller). I actually wore a strapless bra but pulled the back way down (may not work in others) where it might’ve been seen slightly? Great material (although might be a lot of volume for someone petite) for a warm night. I got SO MANY compliments from people. Yes the waist band may fold over while sitting- I was just mindful of my posture! Was still great for a work event because the back wasn’t super open.

The eyelet detailing and embroidered waistband are so pretty. My waist felt cinched and defined, but not tight. I wore the dress with espadrilles for a work presentation, but it would also work as a stylish cocktail party dress with heels. My only complaint is that the eyelet waistband doesn't stay completely smooth and I found myself smoothing it frequently so it didn't appear slightly folded over.

Wore this to dinner in Mexico and it was absolutely perfect. Super flattering and comfortable, and didn’t wrinkle thanks to the embroidery. Got so many compliments! I loved it!

Wore a jacket over because it was cold but very cute look

This dress fit perfectly. It had beautiful embroidery detail. The only downside is that when I sat down the belt detail folded over. The back is open so I wore a tank top underneath to avoid showing my bra. I wore this dress a couple of times because it fit so well.

This dress is super easy to wear and extremely flattering. I'm wearing a 36 here but if I were to rent it i'd rent the 34. As mentioned in a previous review, the waist does not have any stretch so if that's a worry I'd recommend sizing up. It drapes really beautifully, has no pockets, and and has a slight opening in the back above the zipper. This is casual office friendly but would happily wear it around the weekend, to brunch, etc.

Really cool embroidery detail, but the waist was a little bit tight and hard to zip up because of the thickness of the fabric. Definitely a two person job.

You'll look snatched because the waist runs small, but it's pretty and the belt is high quality detail. Open back on top so bra will show.

I’d been eyeing this dress for a while, but not sure it was worth the stalk. It was flattering, but I didn’t like how the waist embroidery would roll up sometimes. Just ok on for me. TTS. Wore to work.

Really liked this dress! Fit great and was easy to move in. There is a little bit of a heaviness/excess fabric to it, but it was great for going out to dinner in a very hot summer in Paris. Would rent again!

I loved the look of this dress but the belt detail (it’s only partially attached to the dress) was so tight around my waist and made the top look kind of bunchy, like too blousy. I’m almost wondering if it has shrunk because it was so tight compared to the overall fit of the dress. The length is also a little long for petites. It is a very cool, classy style though and I enjoyed wearing it one time to an evening museum reception.

This dress was cute. Got lots of compliments. I could zip it but it was definitely tight in the waist as others mentioned. Overall glad I went with the 38, I think sizing up would have made the top too much of a bubble/puff. Belt tended to fold over when I was sitting but looked good when standing. FYI the back above the zipper/belt portion is open! I work a black tank under it since I wore it for work and it was totally fine. Got lots of compliments. Great for hot weather and it didn’t wrinkle in my luggage. For reference - I am a true pear shape. More of a small/4 up top and a medium/6 on bottom and carry most my weight in my butt/thighs.

It is difficult to zip up without help. I am very small in the torso, so the arm hole is a little big. The back doesn’t have any fastening and it puffs up.

Super comfortable dress. The only downside is the band across the stomach flips/folds over when you sit down which was super annoying to have to fix frequently

I am typically a 38 but rented the 36, because that’s all that was available. I was able to zip it up but I had to zip it backwards and up past my ribs, but below my chest, to get it closed without putting too much tension on the zipper. I would say TTS. The only issue is that if I went up to my normal size, the top portion would be too large on my chest, as the 36 was and that’s . I would say this dress would be more flattering on someone that can fill it out up top. It has an open back, so would be hard to wear at work, even though the overall style is conservative enough. I wanted to wear Cakes as a bra alternative (open back shows bra), but the dress was too large in the bust area, to secure them. Watch out for the sewn-on fabric belt. Every time I sat, it rolled up. Had to keep pressing it open. Overall, I found the dress well made and beautiful but I wouldn’t rent it again. Just not the perfect match for my body type, which isn’t a strike against the design.

Wore this dress for a work conference. The belt around the waist was a bit tight which is why I gave this dress 4 stars but other than that it was a really nice, summer look and I received lots of compliments! Would rent again!

There was a lot of fabric for a petite. Loved the embroidered detail. Fits TTS, probably would not rent again. Best for tall statuesque women.

Simple black dress with detail. Fit is true to size. Thick fabric but cinches at the waist. Comfortable.

I don’t understand why designers make dresses like this open back. There’s no need for it. I had to wear a black tank underneath. The top is a bit bulky and big and the waist is very true to size with zero stretch. It was a fine wear, and a pretty overall dress, just not my most favorite RTR rental.

No pockets in this snoozer. It’s just ok but fit as expected.

But the bust is more loose/roomy. The zipper is also hard to zip because it runs through the thick fabric band at the waist. Looked good on but was not comfortable

Impossible to zip without help. I used a safety pin for the top section as the little button with the string to put it through was horrible to try and get in. Good for those with small waist but I have larger hips so the “belt” around the middle kept getting rolled. I wouldn’t rent again and don’t recommend even tho it did look cute on.

As everyone else said, this dress has a tight fitting “belt” around the rib cage. The tightness is fine though, but the zipper is impossible and requires help to be pulled up. The other problem is that the “belt” curls up in on itself whenever one is sitting down, so that it doesn’t look right after a long period of sitting. Overall, the style was also frumpier than I excepted.
