Agathe Gown

This is such a unique and interesting dress. I loved the fabric. It fit great and was very comfy. I wore it to a bluegrass concert and another time to dinner.

The dress had a beautiful structure that allowed me to forgo a bra yet still feel comfortable dancing all night.

Ulla Johnson does it AGAIN! I wore this to casual get togethers, work, and dinner. Five people stopped to ask me where I got this. I rented it again, and when I can buy it, I will. Fit tip: if you, like moi, are small chested, I'd size down so the bust fits and you aren't flashing the goods, to those who don't need to see them:)

It was windy and I was outside, so my hair is a mess, but the dress stayed great all day. Only flats for the tall girls, but sandals were my go to for this anyway. ♥ Ulla Johnson

Top fits great and really cool lines. I'm 5'3 and the length required my highest shoes. I loved the movement of this dress! Felt divine.

So many compliments. Perfect boho style. The dress is light and flowy. Very long so you’ll need to hold it up while walking if you’re short. The cut and color of this dress are so pretty. Low cut without looking trashy. Love it. Very breezy for a hot day.

This dress is gorgeous and daring. The complicated straps are sexy and alluring. Ulla is my fave. I did wear it but to a family event so sadly felt the need to tone it down and I put a fitted tank underneath to make it more G rated. IMO that kind of squelched the vibe. Usually wear a 6 in Ulla her bust can run small.

This dress is lovely and has great details. I loved the boning on the chest. The straps may seem too “edgy” for a formal affair for some, but I wore it to a black tie wedding and felt in place. Definitely built for small chested folks, though.

Quite long and low cut. Not sure how it would work on someone with a bigger chest. Pretty and light. Great for a dinner out on vacation.

This dress is stunning but if your busty the top is super tight. I still loved the dress but could have used a little more coverage in the bust area:)

I did wear this once without the tube top and it was very revealing, so I felt more comfortable like this. It’s pretty long, I tied the sides up and it was good with my sandals. Beautiful dress

It is what it is... Ulla has a super creative style... but every item I've rented from this designer was designed for a tiny framed, tiny top... so while I may be 32 inches around... with a DD I had to wear a shelf bra cami under the dress. I anticipated this. So whatever look you're going for... just respect that we have to embrace what nature gave us. --- The length is long long! And I'm over 5'6"... I used the streaming strings on the side to tie the length up higher. I'm not sure if that's the intention of those side strings. I liked it. Didn't love it ON ME. To each their own.

This is so pretty I loved it. Literally it’s so cool. Then I saw photos and the top part made my boobs look so weird. Like too flat and low. So maybe if you are tsuper small chested this is better. Also I always find Ulla runs small in the rib cage so if you are like me always size up.

This dress was mostly a win.Love the Boho vibe.Cool option to tie up the sides which I did.Strappy front.Too revealing for daytime wear so I added a cami.Needed arm coverage for winter so I added a shrug.

I am on the hunt for a birthday dress. This was pretty, the colors are nice. It is well made. The length and unadjustable straps are too long for me at 5'2. Nice dress, though.

Flattering and sexy without being

Fits beautifully. Length is super long even for someone tall which was great cause I could wear heels.

Sad to see this one go. I hope to rent it again in the future. It was incredibly beautiful and felt royal with the flowing swish & sway of the skirt's fabric. Never wanted to take it off!

A bit revealing in the chest, but overall super amazing dress. I think next time I might order a two, because in order to make it fit right, I need to pin up the backstrap’s. It’s really lightweight and super comfortable and very forgiving everywhere because it’s so loose.

Loved loved. This dress flows so beautifully. I wanted to keep it. Things to know: it’s long. I’m 5’9” and it was perfect floor length. The straps are really long. I had to pin them to keep them from sliding off my shoulders.

Such a gorgeous gown! Wore it for a vacation dinner at a very fancy restaurant, I would have loved to buy it! I'm 5'8 and the height was right for me to wear with small heels (2 inches).

I’ve worn and loved a ton of Ulla Johnson dresses and they just fit really well. This one was different and the top was too tight. Would have rated higher if it fit like the other dresses did.

Colors were nice if a bit neutral- fit at chest was weird, seemed big but I am busty so I think it was more just a weird cut.

Fit great bit was way too long. I’m 5’4” and unfortunately could wear it even with my highest heels.

I am 5'5" and even with heels it was dragging on the floor. Very pretty dress but geez. You need to be 5'7"++ to wear this.

Loved this dress but it definitely needs chest tape! I have a small bust and spent the entire time I wore it being afraid of flashing everyone around me. It's beautiful but don't fit me well- wish the shoulder straps were adjustable to tailor the fit better.

Why, oh why, didn’t I listen to the reviews that said this dress is awkward on anyone with a moderately large chest? My bra size is deceptive in that it sounds large (32E) but, without getting all TMI about it, my chest’s shape tends to be on the flatter side of things, so smaller-busted garments usually fit me. This…this did not. It looked so weird, I couldn’t even bring myself to take a photo. If you’re debating this gown and aren’t sure if you’ll be an exception, I’d recommend just skipping this one unless you have a very small chest!

There is no way you can wear this without a boob job. Any sticky bra of any configuration shows. Without a bra, it’s really up to your chest to pull it off. The other reviewers are right - you cannot adjust the straps, and they are long. I have a long torso and I find them to be long still. If you were to buy this, you’d need either a boob job or have the straps made to be adjustable and an underwire in the dress to do just the trick. Otherwise, the dress is great! Really pretty.
