That’s what one of my co-workers said about this dress and that it was hard to find a dress that conveys both, but this one does! It fits perfectly if you’re shorter, for taller ladies, it might not be work appropriate. The buttons on top open but the ones on the bodice do not. I used double sided tape to keep things together. Helpful tip, the dress is form-fitting so make sure you wear nude under garments. I wear lulu lemon biker shorts as I prefer them to spankx.

This was simple but was a surprising joy. It was super comfortable. It’s a bit on the shorter side so it depends on how you feel about that. Easy to dress up or down.

Got lots of compliments on this dress! Keep in mind if you have a rounder bottom might be a little shorter for your taste. Totally makes you look like old money and is super comfortable!

Absolutely love this dress!  One of my all time favorites.  Very flattering dress with give. 

Would wear this to work every day if no one would notice. 

I liked the style of the dress and it fit as expected. I rented it for a photoshoot for work, and while it achieved the fun/professional look I was going for, it didn't really do anything for my shape. Because the material is thick, tightening at my waist didn't do much to help.

Though material was gorgeous and I so wanted to love it, the gaping holes between the buttons and weird long fabric tie ruined this dress. And def not flattering if you’re curvy. The only reason I wore it once was bc it was the last day before I had to return it but immediately regretted it after leaving my house!

Wore this dress on so many occasions for both work and fun. I like that you can tie it to adjust the fit on the waist. Length was good, but I am a little taller and at times it felt short in the back. 

Fit a little loose, could've sized down. Liked it didn't love.

I think it is the type of dress that hugs your figure but still manages to dress you up and make you feel super comfortable !

Loved this dress the first time I rented it so much I rented it a second time. The same size felt stretched out/too big the second time. It’s a classic and sophisticated polo dress and the details are feminine and lovely but it fit better before it had been worn a bunch

The fit was fine - relaxed and easy to wear. Not my favorite piece but nice to change things up!

This dress was great! I loved that you could tie it different ways to change up the look. Fit really well and was comfortable. 

This was so comfortable! I wore while 27-31 weeks pregnant (usually a small, I ordered a medium), and liked the fit but also could have fit in a small I think. With my bump, I liked the dress length (I'm 5'4"; without the bump the medium would've felt kinda long and baggy on me). Not see-through or overly thick. Wore to thanksgiving and on a date!
