Tons of fabric on the skirt provided “blanketing” for my two daughters on chilly flight. Has pockets. Was fun to wear in Miami when a sleeve was needed.

The material is on the heavy side, so it was perfect for cooler spring outdoor events.

Loved, loved this dress. Received so many compliments. Runs large so size down if between sizes. Would recommend pairing with a oversized waist belt, because it’s a lot of material and will look overwhelming without. Wore with flats. Highly considered buying this, but it would be cheaper to rent again. Heavy material, good for fall or winter.

Beautiful fabric. Quite heavy, so if you're in a tropical spot beware of the weight and heat. Great boxy cut with fun movement. Looked great with flats and espadrilles.

I loved the fit and flow of this dress. Form fitting in the arms and chest and flows nicely down from there giving a drop waste feel. You can never go wrong with a Stella Jean piece.

Truly a remarkable dress, but I'd earn the material is heavy. It has a beautiful flow to it.

It’s warm, soft, and just right for winter vacationing (or chilly nights in the spring. You can also get real weird and style it with a beret for work.

I wore this to an art show and again to a dinner. It is a fabulous fabric that won’t wrinkle and makes a statement! It’s surprisingly versatile - could be worn for work, a party, an event, on a plane, wherever. I had loads of compliments. On my frame it looked much better belted. I would rent again!

A bit generous in fabric and it is a slightly heavy fabric but so unique! Fun to wear!

This dress is absolutely stunning! So many compliments. This does run a bit roomy as I was able to wear my normal size during second trimester of pregnancy.

I absolutely love this dress and wish that it was appropriate to wear every day. Beautiful and comfortable and well made and pockets! I have never been complimented more on an item of clothing. I told my husband that more than 25 people had stopped to compliment me and he didn't believe me... and then as I was telling him this a woman walked by -- "I love your dress!"

I am obsessed with this dress. I have probably worn it a dozen or more times, and get compliments every single time. It does run a little big; a 40 probably would have fit a bit better. I am particularly fond of it with a belt, but maybe in a smaller size I would have liked it unbelted. So far I have had it for a month, and I am really leaning toward keeping it longer, which is something I never do. Like I said, obsessed!

this dress is oversized with lots of fabric. it’s a fun print. my only negative is that the sleeves are so tight for some reason, which i found strange-but still wore.

I wore this to a spring brunch back home in Oklahoma. It had a great western vibe due to the broomstick style skirt and the fitted western style button up top. The pattern is tropical but you don’t notice! It was quite wide in the waist, I had to belt it. It is VERY thick and heavy on bottom. It took up a ton of space in my suitcase due to all the fabric in the skirt. It runs long- dusted the floor for me in flats. Once I found a belt and the right shoes, it was a showstopper! Lots of compliments. Beautiful colors- I loved the neon lavender!

I rented this because it looked fabulous, not sure where I'll wear it yet. As others say, it's a lot of fabric and the cotton is a bit thick. That said, it's beautiful and so fun that I'll get over the loose fit. I would recommend sizing down or just owning the chic mumu look.

So many compliments. This a big, heavy dress with lots and lots of fabric! The shoulders are quite slim, so size to fit accordingly. I have very small shoulders and could not have sized down at all. The drop waist is huge & loose, as shown in photo. Makes for fun movement and swing with the big skirt, but does not show off a waist line! I am busty and chest fit fine.

Got lots of compliments and it was fun to wear. I didn't think it looked great because the fullness at the waist. It was just right for a cool night or early spring when temps are lower in the south. It would be too hot for the summer in NC

I was surprised at how much I loved this dress, as I usually don't wear anything even remotely pink. But it is IMPECCABLY made in the most lovely fabric and flows so beautifully. Yes, it is a LOT of fabric, but it feels luxe and fits so well. The arms are little on the narrow side, so head's up if you carry your weight there. But otherwise it is very forgiving and flattering. It IS long though, so probably not the best choice for petites.

Loved the dress but it's a ton of fabric for a warm-weather, tropical pattern.
