Kennedy Dress

Never been stopped more at a wedding in my life. Complete strangers with no context of who I was walked up to me to ask about this dress. The mother of the bride walked to my table before the first dance to let me know how much she loved it. The bride yelled my name from across the lawn to freak out over it. It’s one of those dresses — trust me and rent it.

I needed a dress for a formal red carpet event and my friend recommended RTR! Seeing this dress I just needed to have my hands on it and it fit so well! I’m glad my back up was 2 sizes larger as my original size (size 8) didn’t fit. Keep in mind if you have a bigger bust to size 1 or two 2 sizes up! I got tons of compliments on this attire and was a show stopper look🩷

Loved the fit on this so comfortable and got tons of compliments wore it to a black tie wedding and travelled well and didn’t have to steam it - best dress I have rented for an event would 10/10 recommend Rented 10 and 12 but went with the 12 because it was a less tight on the waist and felt more comfortable

Wore this for a black tie wedding and let me say it was a hit! This dress is absolutely stunning in the most elegant way. I wore a 6, probably could have sized down to a 4 for my waist and bust - but knew my back probably would be too muscular for a 4. Very comfortable and didn’t need to wear a bra. Seriously so flattering and just is such a special piece. It has some boning in the waist to give structure which is nice. Seriously received so many compliments. Rent this dress!!

This dress got so many compliments at my brothers wedding. I had people I didn’t know coming up and commenting on it. There isn’t much give in the chest/waist area just FYI. So if the dress is already tight there and you eat a full meal it might be a tiny bit snug. The color is a metallic light green with darker green, gold, and copper stitching. Paired with champagne/gold shoes and a beige/gold bag. Overall amazing dress!

Never worn something that has received SO many compliments! Gorgeous dress. A 12 would’ve fit me better but the 14 was all that was available, full inch of slack in the back of the dress but made it work with body tape.

I was stopped by so many people saying this dress was gorgeous and I couldn’t agree more! In the picture it looks more yellow, whereas the dress is more of like a metallic green, however I preferred it even more! If you have a fancy event coming up and want to feel extra glamorous, get this dress!! True to size and not uncomfortable. Doesn’t squeeze the girls too much but i am only a 34B. If you are more gifted in that area, you might want to opt for a bigger size, but this fit me just right

loved this dress, wore to black tie optional wedding. i actually wanted to wear the new pink staud gown on rtr (rented both) but my husband was obsessed with this one. prettier in person, the brocade is such a nice gold color. it did start feeling tight in the stomach after dinner, tho, and i wasn't super comf afterward, but not removing a star bc i prob shouldn't have pigged out like i did lol

Fit me perfect although definitely snug in the ribcage. Fabric is thick and has a beryl sheen. Got SO many compliments!

I’m usually a size 4 in Staud dresses but went with a size 6 for this dress. There’s not much give in the chest area at all, so if you’re bustier, I’d definitely recommend sizing up. I’m 5’7” and wore low block heels. The fabric has a subtle shimmer and the embroidery makes it feel elevated without being over the top. Great option for a summer wedding guest!

I wore this as Step Mother of the Groom and received so many compliments. The dress is stunning. Very true to size up top so order up if ya girls are bigger. I am very average barely a B cup and was busting out of the dress. Pictured.

I would size up if you have a bigger chest! I am a 36F and it fit like a glove and didn't need to wear a bra! I felt comfortable dancing in it without worrying about it falling down.

Fit is TTS. Wore the 8 slightly big in waist, flares out on bottom. Back shawl is fun. Not sure if it was the gorgeous icy blue green color but I was stopped by so many ppl all ages to tell me dress was stunning. Zipper up side, short lining to thighs

This dress does not stretch at all - I have a larger ribcage so the 10 was a little too snug, thankfully I ordered the 12 as a backup and that size worked well. Got tons of compliments!

Fit was great. A TINY bit big but I just used fashion tape to fix that problem. This was the most compliments I've ever had in an outfit probably. So many people I didn't know walked up to me just to tell me how beautiful the dress was. Sooo, rent it !!!

Felt so elegant in this dress! Bust 32, waist 26, hips 36 and size 0 fit me in the torso a bit tightly (has boneing) but the size 2 was too large and slid off me. Has a cool back with a silhoulette that I've never worn but reminded me of Jackie Kennedy (as in the name). Highly recommend!

Yall. This dress is so slept on. (Read more for sizing tip) When I rented it I think there were no reviews? I love Staud so I am always on watch for new adds on RTR! The picture of the model on RTR does not do this justice. It’s soooo sexy with the fit and classy with the back of the dress adding a bit of ‘couture’ to it! I’m not kidding. Men and women were coming up to me complimenting the dress. As for sizing, I am a 2 or a 4 in everything and I am like a 34C, I rented a four and it was snug! I would probably buy a 6 and have it tailored to fit just right, but the 4 was perfect for the night! I wore a little sticky bra bc the fabric was ever so slightly uncomfortable on the girls lol!

This dress is gorgeous. The only reason I didn’t wear it was because this was an office Xmas party and I wanted to be more cocktail sexy than formal. The cape accent is very cute. The dress is made to drape on you not be skin tight. I have an hourglass figure and in the correct size the dress looks beautiful. I am short so, for me it was floor length and the torso was a little long and was doing some folding at my waistline, but that is typical unless I can find a petite cut. I would highly recommend this for a formal affair.

I got a ton of compliments on this dress and absolutely loved it for the garden themed wedding I attended! I will saw it has absolutely no give so I would size up at least one or two sizes from what you normally wear.

This dress didn’t fit quite right and I wish it had more structure. I was fussing with it all night. Had I owned it and got it altered then it truly would have been perfect. That said, this dress *looked* perfect and I received so many compliments. The back is super fun and the material/ fabric is stunning

I wore this to a formal 70th birthday party and received so many compliments! This was my first time wearing Staud and did have a little difficulty with sizing. I am a religious 6 in strapless gowns, the 6 I was barely able to zip, and wasn’t able to sit because of boning.. I was able to get the 8, I had to wear a strapless bra to help fill in the top, and it was a tad bigger on top than I would’ve liked. All in all I loved the fabric of the dress and style, it was beautiful!

The back was the star of this dress. A little big on top but overall fit okay.
