Inna Poplin Maxi Dress

This dress was very beautiful and I had so many people compliment me! I would recommend sizing down as there was a lot of room in the medium. Otherwise highly recommend to rent!

I’m normally a solid medium in all dresses. I heeded the reviews and got the small. Really glad I did. Fits amazing, comfortable hangs well too. I ironed it and it didn’t wrinkle much. Tons of compliments!

This is a great dress for work and would also be good for traveling. It's something different and was flattering.

Long on my 5’3” frame but not too close to the floor. Fits true to size, I could have possible sized down. Really polished but lightweight. The tie waist is very flattering. Loved it!!

This looked very chic and the fabric seemed to elevate the look as well. I wish I had sized down but the tie waist helped cinch the waist which helped.

Fabulous. Wore several times and got compliments galore. Very comfortable and the tie waist allows for a perfect, tailored fit. So unique and versatile depending on what shoes, accessories you pair with it.

I am glad I received this new with tags, because it feels like something that will start to look messy after a few rentals. I’d try to get this soon, or pass.

Loved this dress so much. It’s super flattering and extremely comfortable. I wore with a sandal but would wear with a higher boot once it gets colder out for Fall. You can cinch the waist as tight as you like as well. A must rent!

Wore to a work event and although it was the right look, it looked pretty oversized on me.

Loved the idea of this dress- the stripped skirt, button down top, and cuffed sleeve sash were all charming. Unfortunately this dress ran very large on me. Voluminous fabric ballooned on the back, long length was closer to tea than midi, wide waist and very wide sleeves that were too big to keep pushed up but too long to be attractive. Overall, I made it work with some clever tucking, tight cinching, and fashion tape. It is very high quality and truly charming- just not for petites. I only docked one star because it was a great dress despite the size issues.

I’d love to rent this one again, for the Fall and wear and with boots. Will be sure to size down the next time around. Being able to tie the waist gives you some flexibility but overall it does run large in the arms and the top half.

Fabric was light weight not great for cold

I loved the idea of this dress, but as a petite 5’4 it sort of swallowed me.

There was a lot of extra fabric on this dress. I felt very comfortable but I felt that with less fabric in the top and the skirt it would be more flattering.

I liked this dress, but didn't love the elastic in the back at the top of the skirt, and the sleeves were a little long. But overall looks very put together.

Great dress, but size down

I'm typically a small in Simon Miller, but the XS in this dress would have been better. More of a work dress than a going out dress. Well made and high quality but was a tad more modest and conservative than what I needed.

Wore on a trip to SF. Nice fit overall.

The waist tie does not go around the entire dress, instead there is an elastic area on each side that pulls in so if you try to cinch the waist the whole dress pulls in and you have black fabric coming in to the front. It’s unflattering, but may work well with a smaller size? I’m between a S and M and ordered a small, could have gone XS.

The XL correlates with an 8-10 numerical sizing per the listing, but like other reviewers said, this seems like an egregious mischaracterization for the actual fit. The dress is definitely cool and well-made, so I don’t think it deserves only one star. I’m just upset that I used a spot on this dress for my shipment and felt compelled to warn others.

Didnt love it so didnt wear it

Ordered the XL as it said size 8-10 and it’s more like a 14-16. It’s enormous and I cannot wear it. A wasted rental that needs to go back. Quality is nice and I’m so bummed it’s not available in any smaller sizes.

XL = 8-10???? In what world? Another wasted rental this thing massive. XL is 16-18 easily people out there….better look up the measurements online for this one before you rent so you aren’t disappointed too.
