Kiriya Velvet Lace Column Dress

Very flattering. The dress length works very well for shorter people (I'm 5'2" and it hit at the ankle). The multiple fabrics & textures allow for the dress to photograph nicely and not be washed out like black typically does in photos. It is true to size, I am 127, wear a size 6 and ordered a size 6.

This dress was beautiful and comfortable. I was worried it would be too long being I’m only 5’2. I wore a strapless bra. I did not wear shapewear with it. I did wear very tall shoes, but not necessary.

Just SO good. This was the second time I rented this dress and it was for my husband’s formal holiday work party - so comfortable, chic, and classic - highly recommend

I ended up wearing the smaller size 6. The 8 would have worked too, but I felt like the smaller size gave me a better shape. This fit like a glove, was infinitely comfortable, and I got compliments all night. It flattered my curves and felt sexy while still being covered up. My only complaint is that the lining was a little low at the bust and my strapless bra could be seen, but it was skin color and because of the cut outs I don't think anyone would notice. It was a complete 10/10, and even my friends were sad I couldn't keep it!

This dress is gorgeous - I loved wearing it to a formal wedding, and received compliments all night. It fit like a glove, with enough give for me to sit, dance, etc comfortably. I went braless and it was snug enough to give me great shape and feel supported. Would absolutely rent this dress again!

Random strangers were complementing this dress. It fit like a glove and was perfect for the formal wedding I attended. I wish I could buy it! If you are going solo, just be warned that the zipper can be hard to do by yourself.

Seriously this dress felt like I was wearing pajamas it was so comfortable. Very flattering. You do need to wear strapless or tape as it is see through at the top.

Although I usually wear a 10 or M in a dress, I paid attention to previous notes that the dress ran a bit small and ordered a 12. It was super comfortable and I received many compliments, including from my husband. A very environmentally conscious bridesmaid complimented me and when I told her the dress was rented, she gave me a thumbs up and exclaimed “Sustainability!”.

LOVED this dress! I am 5’2” and did not wear a bra or any shapewear so that you could not see any straps through the top portion. It was very comfortable and flattering on my figure. Hit me right at the ankles which was also a nice length.

This classy dress absolutely hit the mark for a cocktail attire fundraiser event. It fit like a glove, was comfortable and the velvet was warm enough for a winter evening. I got tons of compliments all night.

This dress is deceptively simple but such a showstopper. I have genuinely never received more compliments. My husband was just laughing by the end of the event. I am 5’10” and the length was great. I ordered the 10 and the 8 - the 10 would have been fine but the 8 was perfect. Highly recommend!

I ordered the 4 and the 6, and didn't notice a substantial difference in the fit other than in the shoulders. Very comfortable, easy to walk in despite being a column style dress. Would wear again for sure.

Very flattering. Larger bust so surprised it wasn't to tight there. If it didn't cost $400 to buy it I would have kept for sure!

I rented this dress for a formal wedding. It was perfect. The dress fit well, hugged the curves, but was just stretchy enough to be extremely comfortable. I wore a black bra, so the straps blended in and were not visible. Sexy- but not revealing. I would totally wear again. I am 5'3.5". 150 lbs. 34DD bra Wore a size 6. Got the back up 8 as I have gained some weight, but the 6 was perfect.

Rented for a holiday work party. Elegant and stylish and comfortable! Runs tts for this brand, but I did size up as I find that Shoshana runs small in the waist for me. Fit was perfect!

The dress was delivered about an hour before we needed to leave for our event, I was nervous to even try to zip it and it fit like a glove! All night I knelt telling my husband I loved it, it was very comfortable and looked great, I had tons of compliments. I considered spank but decided against them, the velvet is thick and the pattern with the lace/ circles hides everything.

So comfortable! Wore to holiday party and received many compliments on the unique "velvet lace" design. Nice to have something in a more conservative cut but still feel fancy and elegant. So comfortable. If you're a crazy dance floor participant, there is only so much give in the knee area so consider that, I had no problem dancing but also didn't get too crazy

Fit tts and I got several compliments. I wore to a pre-wedding party on Halloween. With a witch's hat would have been perfect. Would wear this dress again!

This dress fit perfectly and was great! It was an April wedding, so temps could be 70 or 50 in Ohio! I did realize too late that the dress was velvet, but it worked out well!

Size 8 fit better- size 6 fit, but definitely snug.

The fit was perfect and it was a slimming style. I received a rash of compliments from a variety of types of people. I wore it to a black tie optional wedding and it worked there and would work as a cocktail dress as well.

Initially wasn’t sure about the length, it fell below the knee. I thought it might have fallen a little long received nothing but compliments on the dress all night.

The darts from the under slip were unstitched, popped or purposely cut from the dress leaving it to fall below the desired look, I had to adjust it from revealing my undergarments. I thought I ordered an 8, however a 10 arrived and I definitely could have worn an 8.

I’ve got a big bust and can feel very self conscious about it. The dress was flattering and did not draw attention to my chest. It was really comfortable whether sitting or standing. I was very happy with my choice!
