Fit amazingly - I sized up so it would more like a shift dress and it was great. Ignore the terrible pic - it rained all night long at the concert and it was the best one I could get!

I sized up after reading reviews and wish I hadn’t. Dress is striking and sexy. Def scratched the inside of my arms if I wasn’t careful.

The cut of this dress is so flattering and the shell slip underneath is extremely comfortable. The sizing was roomy but I would still consider it TTS. It catches the light so well. Flash On!!!

After reading many reviews, I sized up in the dress. Despite being a little loose, I was able to secure it with a mid-waist belt and dress it up with western inspired accessories for a country concert in Las Vegas. It was fantastic and I received numerous compliments on it!

This was such a unique dress! The fit is almost like a flapper dress. I was planning on wearing a belt to help highlight my waist, but when I tried it on, the dress is best on its own. It's so stunning! The sheer, sparkly overlay was loose, but the fitted satin slip still gave me shape. I am very tall -- the slit was a little high for my liking. But I was just extra cautious when sitting to pull it closed. I'm a size US 8, the 12 fit perfectly! Definitely recommend!

Rented this beautiful dress for my bachelorette weekend in Palm Springs. I felt amazing and it was SO comfortable and just beautiful! Would absolutely buy if I had more glam occasions to wear it for.

We had a black tie gatsby event I wore this too! It is a one piece, and is heavier than it looks. It is comfortable still, but the chest area is tighter. It did not fit my boobs well but you couldn’t tell.

Fit just right and made a statement. Picture did not do it justice.

This dress is so much fun to wear! I got a ton of complements. It is a little heavier than most dresses and the sequins can be a little rough but I had no skin irritation and I wore it for hours and was moving around a lot.

I was complimented on this dress all night! I was really torn between sizes but my regular size was ultimately a better fit as the next size up looked too wide on my shoulders and was too long even in my highest heels! The uppermost ribcage area was snug on me but not a dealbreaker - I was still slouching as millennials do every time they sit down ;)

I’m a true size 2 and the 6 fit perfectly, so true to size. Arrived with tags and was able to rent before I could even buy it on Shona Joy’s website. Wasn’t tight and it easy to wear. Perfect length and wore 4 inch heels. Tons of compliments! Truly stunning. They’re essentially two dresses. One silk slip and then a separate mesh/sequin overlay attached at the top of the straps.

Absolutely beautiful. This was the showstopper dress. It was so pretty and I received complements the entire night. A little challenge to put on and take off as there is no zipper but I Eve you wear it, it fits wonderful

I rented this for the Backstreet Boys Millennium 2.0 concert at the Sphere. I loved that it still looked cute with casual shoes and had so much fun with all the sparkle. It is very itchy at the neck and armpits because of the all the sequins - but totally worth it.

I wore this to a champagne-themed gala and found it to be a perfect fit for the occasion. It was elegant, comfortable, and I received many compliments throughout the night. While some friends noted that the silhouette doesn’t accentuate curves as much, I agree that it’s more flattering in person than in photos. If you have a fuller figure, it’s worth keeping in mind that the cut offers a more relaxed fit rather than a form-fitting style.

This fit the bill for a Palm Royal themed gala. I ordered the size up as was suggested, and the fit was perfect. My only issue was the slip underneath was very wrinkled and the hang loop showed where the slit was. Had to use invisible tape to keep it hidden. Otherwise and absolute showstopper!

I loved this dress. I felt so good in it, and it was just the right amount of sparkle — subtle and super chic. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on. I suggest getting the slip on first, then the dress—they're connected, but it's possible. I got my usual size and the length and fit were perfect but if you have any boobs at all this dress might not work; the slip is super tight around the chest area. Would def rent again!

Getting this dress on truly brought me to my wits end bc the slip underneath is attached (and will prob be inside out) and also it has an extra string in the back and there are just so many holes and you can’t see anything when it’s going on. However, once it WAS on (7th attempt)((I am not exaggerating)), it was very sparkly and fun. Definitely not the most flattering dress as the outer layer hides any shape you may have, but the sparkles make up for it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ If you do end up renting this dress and have any intention of wearing it, I recommend: 1. turn on the AC so you don’t overheat during the impending frustration 2. turn the sparkle layer inside out and hang it on a shower door or something 3. Put the slip on (whilst sparkle layer is on door) 4. flip sparkle layer on Idk. Good luck. 🫡

Pretty dress - but material has no stretch and its a NIGHTMARE getting on. I had to use the bigger size because I literally could not get the smaller size over my head. Once on the dress fits nice but beware, put dress on before hair and makeup

Amazing dress! So sparkly and fun. I wish I had more reasons to wear it. The shoulder can get a bit scratchy from the sequins but you'll feel so great it won't matter

Wow is this a winner! The underslip and metallic detail makes this more cleopatra princess than disco ball. Was heavy but comfortable

Received lots of compliments! It’s hard to put on, so I would recommend doing your hair, putting the dress on, and then doing your makeup.

This dress has no zippers... so I could've gotten a much smaller size if I hadn't had to get this dress over my head. That said, I looked FABULOUS

I got so many compliments on this dress! I'm usually between sizes US 2/4. I ordered both sizes and they were very similar. I wore the size US 2. The white slip layer is more fitted, and the sequin layer is not fitted. It was a bit tricky to get on & off. Definitely do your hair *after* you get dressed. ;)

Gorgeous, flattering, comfortable, show stopper. Want to own it. Had multiple strangers come up to me commenting on it. Only notes were that the under slip came very bunched up and wrinkles so it was annoying I had to wrestle the dress to iron it so it would flow and lay flat. Also, was very glad others had commented caution with hair and makeup because it has to go over your head when you put it on, so any fussy hairstyles have to be done after getting dressed. Minor issues that pale in comparison to how stunning this dress is. Totally worth it.

This dress was a showstopper! I received so many compliments, and it was very comfortable. I was able to wear the smaller size - so bonus! It was hard to get on since the slip was attached, but it all worked out. I wish I had purchased this dress!

Loved this dress - Agree with other renter - be mindful when putting it on that it's all in one piece, so do your hair after you have the dress on! Would rent again!
