The Plaid Puff Dress

I wore this dress for an anniversary dinner. I got so many compliments on the dress! I felt cute and girly and like a cupcake in the best way. I wore with the sleeves down for a less poofy look.

Her theme was “the thing you never have the opportunity to wear” and this dress has been on my hearts since the beginning. Its moment was glorious, I think.

And it was AMAZING. Poofy, short, adorable, and gave me boobs like Elizabeth Bennett in Pride and Prejudice

The small was a little tight in the chest, but the medium was too big, so made the small the small work.

Th is dress is one of my favorite rentals. Fresh, feminine and flirty. Some reviewers think it is a young look, but I think it's great for any age. Styling make the difference! Highly recommend!!

I styled it for a horror movie premiere and everyone loved it!!! The only note is that it was too small in the bust, but that’s my fault because I took an XXS as it was the only size available at the time I needed it. Wore this to a black tie optional event with my boyfriend who also likes to be a little different, and have zero regrets! Bought a size Large cuz I have a wide rib cage, even though my chest is small. It was comfy! So many people complimented me. I’m pretty tall, 5’7” and it’s not too short on me. I think a platform shoe is the best option to balance the volume up top personally. Wore with black tights & a pearl headband & gave Bridgerton vibes.

Gosh, this is a dress that I would never buy, but I sure as heck would rent it. Such a fun silhouette, and I loved the neutral colors and the plaid. Extremely striking, I got compliments everywhere I went. I am 54, and it was a tad short, so I just wore biker shorts underneath. fun, fun, fun!

I could have sized down so it was a little tighter across the chest. But it was cute and comfortable - wore it to a “creative black tie” benefit, then out dancing where it was fun to twirl in.

This is the third Selkie dress I’ve rented, this time for a drag show, I loved it so much! The bodice is slightly see-through, I used breast tape to avoid a bra showing and it worked out great. I always get so so so many compliments in the puff dresses, definitely worth a rental.

I love this dress so much! It is literally perfect, fit in all the right places. The arms and waist seam are just a little bit itchy so it was quite a relief to take it off, but I felt like my best self in this! Got tons of compliments too!

Perfect for a birthday party and go so many compliments. I'm a 38 DD and while I could fit my bust in it was a tad tight so would recommend if in my size to go up.

These selkie dresses are so adorable and I wanted to costumeify this one to go as a catholic school girl to a Halloween party and it worked out super well. So cute with hints of sexiness.

Wore this to a house party where I was the oldest in the room by 10 years. Honestly skyrocketed my confidence. Everyone was obsessed with the dress and I honestly wish I could wear it everyday. I usually don’t go for silhouettes this playful, but TRUST me when I say you need to rent this at least once. I felt like a Barbie doll. ALSO it’s not as short as it looks. I though I’d have to wear shorts underneath it and was pleasantly surprised .

The chest area will fit tightly if you have a larger chest. I would advize sizing up for that reason if you have a larger chest but the rest fit very true to size.

The dress itself would have fit fine but my boobs were too big for the M - the large was too big everywhere. Was just kind of a miss. If you're over a B cup I wouldn't get this.

I usually oscillate between a xs and a small. This was closer to a medium. It was very cute but I had to pin it to my bra. Order down!

I wore this for a photo shoot. I wanted to feel flirty and girly while still sticking to darker colors and this dress was perfect. I could not stop twirling and twisting from side to side. It was a little tight in the bust area, but nothing that ruined the look.

it fits big. im normally a small/medium and i could have gone with xxl/xs

The fit was basically perfect, though the fabric is polyester and the texture was a bit crunchy. Short, floofy, and flattering!

Didn’t fit and the style wouldn’t have worked anyway.
