Wore it to a black tie wedding. Didn’t love it, but it got the job done
Last minute black tie affair. Wanted something that wouldn’t be too clingy or fussy.
Pros: lighter, crinkly material, so no need to worry about steaming if you’re traveling with this dress for an event. I am more of an hourglass shape so I was worried how it would look, but there’s enough room for the dress to fall without hugging my curves to make it look off. Love the slit in the back, it’s not too high. Cons: the cut out in the front isn’t visible on the model, but there’s a cut out under the halter neckline. Didn’t love that. The color also didn’t work well with my skin tone, but that’s more specific to me. Neutral: light material as some others have mentioned.
The cut out in front looked odd; it was uneven and too large. So I tied the bow in the front to cover it. The dress is very long. Hit the ground even with my heels on. The dress is loose on the top but then tighter/clingy to the legs, which is not flattering.
Very pretty dress. True to size, wore it to a semi-formal fall wedding and it was perfect! Glad I went with the petite size for the length since i'm 5'3 because it was just hitting the floor with my heels on.
Looking for black tie outfit, material too thin for that
Such a cute dress but lays strange where it goes in at the legs, making your midsection look larger / boxy. I guess could belt it to solve issue, but didn’t end up wearing.
