This dress was a horrible mistake. The material is an accordion style polyester?? The way it was made means the top stretches out with the weight of the dress so the accordion material is flat up top and still “pleated” further down… so the shoulders and arms look dolman style when they aren’t supposed to. Very unflattering, uncomfortable, as as you wear it it gets even longer so that I was stepping on it. And I’m 5’9”.

The pattern is unforgiving for pantylines. Size down. This might now be the most flattering for people with curves.

Hugs the body without being tight. Wonderful neck, sleeves and dress length with discreet and flattering side slit. Statement jewelry stands out against basic black, textured fabric. I'm considering purchasing this item for future wear. A real gem.
Great for a formal dinner or party but too dressed up for work!
Loved the modern look of this dress. I wore with a belt.

Maybe I should've gotten a medium instead of large, because the dress felt I'll fitting in the shoulders. Too big and just seemed off in placement. Not flattering. On the other hand, the rest of the dress while not tight, was form fitting and just a straight column. Not particularly a great look if you've got a lot of curves. The fabric itself is very shiny and has a great texture. Nice dress but didn't suit me at all.
Was a little bulky around neck..
Too much material, weird, unflattering
I couldn't wear this because it was way too big. I got a size M (usually a size 6). The fabric is really beautiful, but doesn't have much hold, and I'm guessing it probably grew a lot. I expected it to be fitted, like in the picture, but it was really loose in the body, the shoulders were wide, the armholes were low, etc.
Didn’t like fabric or style. Didn’t fit.
It has no shape to it.
This is one of the weirdest dresses I've ever tried on. Originally ordered for an upcoming trip, but attempted to wear it to a friend's wedding. It has a TON of fabric at the top - I don't even think a large chest would fill this out. Very boxy and weird!
The material is like the expanding shirts from the 90’s. Mine immediately stretched to be a floor length dress and looks so weird on me. I don’t even think sizing down would have helped

It doesn't hold its shape. Sags with its own weight. You NEED. a belt at the very least to attempt this.

not for pear shapes.
Fabric is a very weird crimped situation, very heavy. Sizing is ENORMOUS and the dress literally dragged on the floor for me.
This was comical how giant it fit. Not degree of styling was fixing this issue. I thought a medium would have been fine.
maybe the first time I've rented from RtR and it's been THIS bad. I'm actually not sure what body type could wear this? like maybe its just not the dress in the photo? Anyway don't waste your time.
This dress is not flattering at all. Take it out of the collection. I requested a small and a medium, both were bulky. I did not wear it. I am returning today.
Believe all of the bad reviews; this dress is awful. Accidentally rented it for a funeral. Didn’t wear it. Too large, shapeless, terrible fabric. I agree that this needs to be removed from the RTR inventory. A waste of a rental.
The fabric is thick and stretchy and very heavy. Which in theory would be nice, but when put on it looks like a scuba suit (material) in a paper bag silhouette. The dress was about two feet underneath my legs in length as well. Nothing flattering about it.
Its a small but was so large I couldn't wear it. Nothing like the picture
