Once I figured out HOW to wear it, I loved this dress so much. It's adjustable, which was so great for anyone whose weight might be fluctuating (hi, hello, always).
Fit was great! I was originally going to wear a camisole underneath, but found I really liked it without (I just wore a rose colored bralette underneath). I am 32A, so I got nothing that'll pop out lol. I wore heels, but still had to be careful to slightly lift the dress while walking. Going up or down stairs was a major hazard. However, I would rent this dress again for an outdoor summer or spring event.
I loved this dress, although it was a tad tight in the chest and waist area. Definitely size up if you're larger in the chest. Also, lower half is see through so keep that in mind
Love this for brunch but super versatile. I ended up buying it but sized up bc this rental was a little short when walking.
I wore this for our 2nd anniversary date. I wish i had had some fashion tape to help with the cleavage. I’m keeping it for a cruise and going to get take to make it more modest around my kids! It’s very long which i loved since I’m a little over 5’9” and love wearing heels.
I've never gotten so many compliments on our rental. The dress is a whole vibe. The only thing is this dress runs small. I needed to pin the skirt in order to wear it. But I made it work. It's super gorgeous.
Must size up - the medium which is most def my size did not even close on top. Dress in LR fit like a glove -- got sooo many compliments. Was perfect for the occasion and super comfortable. Will rent again - was even considering keeping and purchasing
This was a great dress to wear to dinner with my hubby for our anniversay.
War for a winery weekend and absolutely loved it!
This dress is flowy, flattering, and an understated beauty. I had 4 women ask me where it was from so they could buy it. Gorgeous summer dress, and perhaps my favorite rental of the year so far.
I did end up pinning the neckline together because I couldn't keep it closed at what I felt was appropriate. But I got so many complements and stops to tell me how much this dress was appreciated. It "walks" pretty and airy. I also had to hold it together somewhat when walking outside because I was nervous a gust of wind would blow the overlapping piece of this wrap dress up and away.
Love!!! It’s a wrap style, very easily adjustable and light😊 I’m 5’1/140 lbs and wore size small regular.
Loved it! Wore to an outside August wedding. Fit was true to size. I have wide hips, so the wrap didn't come over quite as much as it should but I was able to put a safety pin at the skirt opening so the skirt stayed put in the front when walking/sitting! It's also very low cut, so was a no bra situation - also not a problem for me since I don't have a large bust! I put a safety pin at the front neckline opening too just in case! Love the floral print! Great dress!
Lightweight and perfect for summer. It's a wrap dress so fit was great. It is see through at the top of the dress and can be low cut for those of us that are smaller chested, so I threw on a navy blue bralette and it looked incredible. Would rent again.
Beautiful dress. Loose fitting but the wrap style accentuates waist so it was very flattering on an hourglass shape. Runs suuuper small. I sized up after reading reviews and even the XL was small, the split where it wrapped had to be held together while I was walking.
VERY happy I read the reviews. I would say 9/10 when reviews complain of a clothing item being insanely small I end up considering it a bit of an exaggerating but this was a real exception! Usually I will risk it, and get my normal size or maybe one size up, as I really don't like things being loose and baggy. However, in this case I rented the Medium .. I don't think I have ever rented a Medium in all my years doing RTR... and SO thankful I did! I went for the Medium since I was planning to wear grandmothers memorial actually (she wanted a happy celebration of life not a funeral so I wanted to wear something cheerful) so I figured extra material / looking conservative wouldn't be a bad thing. But wow, I still had minimal coverage! I would have for sure have given up if I didn't have a slip handy. Maybe.. MAYBE I would have gone without a slip on a sexy date night but this would require a lot of fashion tape and pins and whatnot. In the end I was happy enough with the look - I wish I had a slip that worked slightly better but it was fine and I still made it work with pasties and fashion tape - and it wasn't a total waste of a rental spot. I just advise anyone considering this item to thoroughly read the reviews and have a plan for how to wear it and think about if it will be event-appropriate.
I wore this dress for my bridal shower and it was exactly what I wanted! 4 stars because the dress ran super small and required a lot of fashion tape and safety pins so that I wouldn't flash everyone. Once I was strapped in and secure I really enjoyed wearing this dress and would wear it again!
I wore this beautiful dress as my actual wedding dress. Pros: the pattern is gorgeous, the sleeves are perfect, it flows when you move, and it was the perfect length (I'm 5'2" and wore heels). Cons: it's VERY small, I needed to wear spanx and a slip in order to feel comfortable (I normally wear a size 8/Medium and got an XLR). If there was more material, or I was a size 6, it would have been better.
Love this comfy feminine maxi! I rented this for Easter church and brunch. Sheer material, doubled layered on the bottom to the knee but not on the top. The top is a bit low and open, so a deep-v bra or pretty undershirt would remedy that. There is a pretty high slit but makes for drama when you walk as it flows with you. Shorter gals will need heels or wedges.
I wore this for a fall photo shoot, and am in love with the way the dress looked in photos. You will most certainly need to size up, especially if you have a larger bust. The dress wraps, so it's better to size way up and just tie tighter. The medium would have been way too exposing, and is my normal size. Luckily RTR sent a L, and XL and they were both way better fitting, I went with the L. Additionally, a slip or skirt under is a must. The fabric is very transparent.
No way I could make this work as a dress, but wore it with jeans/shirt and the front open.
I had to rent big because this wrap barely came together when I ordered at first. With the bigger size, it still had potential to fly open and was slightly see-through so I wore leggings and a tank under it which worked fine and kept me from feeling exposed. It's so beautiful, I was determined to make it work! It's also a little long but fine with heels.
This was a lot of work to wear. I had a slip underneath. Pinned the top. Etc.
You’d think a wrap dress would be a little forgiving on fit but this was wildly small in the waist. I sized up based on reviews but would have been more comfortable in an XL. Once I had it secured in was OK? I little baggy up too and just kinda weird/uncomfortable.
Looked like a robe, sent it back without wearing
I think the photos says it all? I rented a L (when I’m normally a 6) and it was far too small. It didn’t wrap properly and would’ve been very breezy to wear as anything other than a swim coverup. Won’t give this one anything try.
I know that Reformation sizing is all sorts of wonky but takes the cake for ridiculous sizing. It is made for a stick figure. It runs so, SO small. It's supposed to be a wrap dress but this thing did not wrap on me. I could not take a step without showing the world my underwear. Robes give you more coverage. Because the dress doesn't wrap, the neckline is low, wide, and unflattering. I wanted to love this and I will probably give it another try but size up to a medium or maybe even a large.
I rented a large and it fit like a small. Very disappointed!! The waistline was so small. It was impossible to have any wraparound and the front was open more like a robe.
I read someone else loved this dress once they figured out how to wear it. I never figured it out! Size up would be my suggestion - super tight around the waist.
Overall Fit
Runs small
Runs small and you must wear a slip under or u will be showing everything
This design has potential, but it was badly interpreted. It fits as an empire waist dress, but it has a tie belt. Who belts their rib cage? The lining is printed and shades to the dress! Was it too much to ask to buy a solid lining from production so you don’t have the lining flowers shoring through?
I didn't read the reviews before ordering this one. Like others, I found it to be super small. I ended up wearing it as a kimono, pairing it with jeans and cute heels.
It wraps beautiful and has an under layer which helps
OMG this is gorgeous. Flowing, floral with the perfect wrap. Super sexy neckline and slit, so certainly not work appropriate. I work with flats but I'd guess for someone of average height heels would likely be needed. This was one of my favorite pieces I've rented. Will definitely rent again and likely keep after that!!
The print is gorgeous, the silhouette is effortless. It's reformation, so definitely size up. I would wear this dress a thousand more times.
This dress is flattering, bump friendly, and breastfeeding friendly. So cute for any occasion!
Perfect for a garden party or just comfortable around the house.
Love the fabric - feels like quality
