Unlike some of the other reviews I thought this blazer fit true to size. And the tie and pulled in waist makes the fit more feminine than most blazers. I'd say this is a good blazer for petites or people who don't usually like blazers.

Arm length and waist was very good for petite frame. Was low enough I needed a cami underneath, but was a great business professional look. Because it needs to be tied/buttoned, recommend for more standing than sittting days

Closure was a little strange as the tie gave me the perfect silhouette but the button would’ve made the jacket too loose. So I just used the ribbon and left it unbuttoned (you can’t see it)

This blazer is great with jeans for work I have large arms and had no problem with the fit.

This was a beautiful professional look for work. I loved the ribbon tie for a feminine look.

I styled this basically the same as the model. Throw on over a black top and pants, and BOOM, professional BOSS. I go between a 4 and 6 (always a 6 in Veronica Beard for example), but the 4 fit well here. Great staple piece for work.

The jacket fits well and the tie is a nice touch. There is the snap closure beneath it so you can adjust size but that wasn't a problem for me.

I thought that since it had a tie waist it would be adjustable, but it is not. There is a snap that holds it together. As a result, it was a little big for me (I am a 00 and got the 0), but it still looked nice and put together. I ended up wearing this a bunch of times.
