Great fit has ties on the side so you can adjust the waist. Very comfortable fabric and loved how it flowed.
Loved the work appropriate cheetah print! I did need to use wardrobe tape to keep the v-neck opening in place. Also, I could have sized down but the side ties helped cinch my waist in.
I loved this dress. It’s easy to wear, I added a layer beneath to stay warm for cooler winter weather (35 degrees), and paired with tights and boots. It’s going to be a go to work dress. The cinches above the waist which makes for a flattering look.
Fit great. Comfortable, lightweight dress

Really liked the tie detail on the waistline. Perfect for fall. Length was great for work with booties and tights.

Perfect fall dress for work!
This is my dream work outfit - flattering and comfortable! Others have said the neckline is too low, but it’s just right on me. And the ties hit in the right spot... I could probably have gone with a S, but the M is super comfy.
Great fit.
Very cute, fit TTS, very light fabrics so I wore a slip under it
Wore this with black tights and my Doc Marten booties. The empire waist is a drawstring, so you can adjust to be more fitted or flowy. Subtle cheetah print is distinctive. Definitely not form fitting.
Is it a showstopper? No. But if you’re looking for a comfortable, understated, appropriate dress for work with an easy going feel—this dress is perfect. Not particularly form fitting, but doesn’t feel like you’re wearing a bag either (especially for someone who is busty).
Nice dress for work!
I loved this dress as wore it as many times as I could get away with! I got a ton of compliments and wore it with saddle-colored shoes to give it more of an early spring vibe. For a work event I added a structured black jardigan. It looked like it should be a stuffy work dress but felt like a casual, light dress I would wear to brunch.
Fits just like any other Rails dress -- comfy and flattering. Wore to a nice dinner party and to a welcome party. Dark colors so would be good for fall/winter
Loved this dress for work and nights out. Was so flattering and comfortable to wear. Loved it.
Not fussy asa party or work dress - great fit
Easy loose fit but still feels polished. Wore it at work and on weekends. It's a little low cut and you may need to wear an undershirt
Super cute with heels or boots, comfy. All around a great work dress.
Flattering for a curvy body.
very flattering how it ties at the waist
Loved this dress for a photoshoot. Very comfortable and flattering. Considered buying.
Really liked the pattern/colors of this comfortable dress. Neckline was low on me so it worked better with a camisole underneath. Dress is not lined so it’s best for fall/spring season.
Usually wear a M in this brand pre-pregnancy, sized up to a L at 22 weeks and loved it. Wore with a tank underneath for work (too low otherwise), and it worked with boots both for the office and for a comedy show after.
Perfect work dress…

Great easy dress
People said it was frumpy, but I felt great in it! I wore it for Christmas Day at my parents and everyone said it looked good. I only wore once though. it wasn't AMAZING, but it was pretty good. LOL
This dress was sort of matronly but worked well for a business meeting. It was comfortable.
The green is stronger in person
Cute style, but weird side ties that don't stay tied!
