So comfortable and just a cool look. Loved this dress.
This is an outfit you can dress up or down. I wore it with heels for work. The tie helps synch it all in.
The perfect everyday, comfy dress for errands, brunch etc. Wore this 3x because it was so easy to put on and look put together. The dress was dragging at 5’3 with no heels just as FYI. Highly recommend!
The material and style of the dress could work for a casual day event to night. I wore it several times and paired it with a nice jacket and it took me from day to night very easily!
Such a beautiful dress, and great material! Super flattering, I felt great in this. Definitely runs a bit large, but it looks great on. The sizing is flexible.
Cute print and style. It is more of a blue and navy combo than black. The straps were hard to tie but I have a smaller torso so found a way to wrap it and tie in the back. It had pockets which was fab!
I don’t think I did the wrap straps totally right, but I made it work! There’s a lot of fabric on this dress, and you essentially tie the ties to create its shape, so you can definitely size down. I needed a bit of a heel with this, but I’m a shorty. Wore once to work and once on the weekend to an early evening get together.
I was initially confounded by this dress like the other reviewers. BUT. Determined to make this dress work and after trial and error, I realized that you have to fold/flip over the straps at sort of a right angle before you cross them in the front, to make them look like the picture. I feel like a genius for figuring this out. Completely changes my opinion about this lovely frock.
I loved everything about the dress and received a bunch of compliments too. The only negative is that the dress was too long for me because my height is small and I couldn’t walk much.
Really nice dress, I totally thought it was white and black but it is mint green and black - worked but was surprised! This has a lot of fabric so I’d size down. The ties on the waist were a little funky but look nice once I figured them out.
I wore this dress after giving birth and loved being able to tie / untie the top. It was a little long for me and swept the floor so I couldn’t wear it outside but it was great for in the house. I didn’t have issues with the shoulder straps slipping down or the wrap around like others said - I just wrapped around the back first then the front to tie.
I wrapped the straps a couple of different ways, it was not overly tedious. Just wore it for everyday (e.g. to dinner with some friends). V comfortable.
The fabric is so beautiful, so it's a shame this was unwearable. When I first put this on it was very "overalls with no shirt" — the straps were so long that the bodice sat really low. The front is heavier than the back of this dress, so it rides down and the back rides up, spilling you out in the front, exposing nipple. I think I understand how the cross/wrap ties were supposed to work, but I could barely do anything with this dress that didn't leave me exposed. You can't wear a bra with this, but you are constantly seconds away from a serious malfunction. I managed to tie myself in, but it still felt too risky to wear. If you have larger, close-set, self-supporting, full breasts — you could maybe get this to work, but otherwise you will be floating free in a big fabric bag. Feels inappropriate for work.
I couldn't get it to tie like the photo but made it work and loved it.

The wrap around the waist helps cinche it in. Nice full length. Flowy. Wore multiple times to work with a cropped jacket.
i loved the fit and i wish i could keep it permanently in my closet. wore it in vegas in 90° weather and it was cool the entire time
As everyone else said, straps are incredibly long but the dress is amazing. I wore while 7-9mo pregnant and it was perfect. I’ll also order non maternity
I love this dress because it is comfortable and stylish. Great for road trips or running around town.
Perfect fit so flattering and comfortable
I wore this a ton. It's really hot and humid where I live and this dress was cool and comfy but still looked super cute. I had no problems tying the ribbon like the other reviewer mentioned. Have to twist them around each other one time in the front under your boobs before you pull them to the back to tie it off. I also wore it once with the ribbons untied and dangling on the sides, but it has absolutely no shape to it if you do that, looks way better tied.

Fun, soft fabric. You can be playful with the ties.

I didn’t end up wearing this dress b/c I liked another dress I had rented better but I did like it! It was cool & light & I will rent again for something else!
Had trouble with the tie.
I wore this to the beach as a cover up. It felt really lux and elevated. As others commented, the tie feature is so strange! I pulled the fabric backwards and around which I felt provided more coverage. It is a lot of fabric and I wish it was white and black instead of sea foam and black
The straps were very long and I'm already a long-bodied person. It was super comfortable otherwise!
Ties are weird but I made it work by winding around my back and making a bow in front. Long dress on me but great with heels.
It was the right size but the bust was too narrow for my 20 week pregnant breasts. Did not wear it. Beautiful dress though well made.
Fit was a bit big
I could not get the straps to tie like the model and it was a lot of fabric. I did not wear it. Also, this dress is not black and white. It is a blue/green and black.
The rest is very difficult to tie correctly. The shoulder straps and the way the chest fit was not flattering on me.
Could not wear this dress. The wrap on this dress was so hard to get correct. Even one I did it looked very strange on my chest. I think this dress would look great on someone with a smaller chest - but on me no good.
The straps are super long so the chest was huge on me. Like others I could not get the ties to lay flat on the chest. I couldn’t wear it.
Nothing to say
It looks really good when you first put it on, but walk a few blocks and the whole thing just slides right down (the fabric is heavy and slippery). So unless you enjoy tugging at your top to keep your strapless bra from showing, pass on this one.
Doesn’t easily tie across front as pictured. I looked at designer’s website and they have the same picture, but also show you can just wear with ties loose down sides…so I wore around house loose. Easier to tie around back first as other reviewer/websites show. Liked the feel of the fabric. Mint and black, not black and white.
