Stripe Sequin Slip Dress

This guy just right and was perfect for a night out in Vegas.

I am typically a 0-2 in dresses and the 0 was the better fit, but it’s stretchy and forgiving which means it’s also really comfortable! I’m 5’2” and it hit about mid calf, but the slit made it easy to move around in. I did need to sew the straps shorter with a simple needle and thread and just a couple stitches but after that it was perfect - so beware of longer straps for smaller shoulders like mine.

Omg this dress !! It’s so beautiful but very risky to sit down in it. Wear it if you plan to stand up the slit is high

I loved the dress i just liked my other choice even better. My friend ended up wearing this... I'm a 5 9in approx 170 lbs and she is probably 2 sizes smaller and it fit her.

Love this dress and got so many compliments! It was perfect for a night out in Vegas. Only downside is the straps are not adjustable so you might need some safety pins to make them shorter like I did.

What a delightful and shiny LBD! This dress was true to size which was a pleasant surprise. I was so worried that the 12 would be too small, based on other reviews, but the fit was excellent. The dress is incredibly sparkly without being itchy, breathes well, not heavy at all, and even a bit stretchy. Perfect for a bachelorette or a fancy party! I will say that if you have a larger cup size, there isn’t a ton of support up top, so I would plan to wear something supportive underneath.

This dress is gorgeous and I got several compliments, but it has ZERO give. Plan to have assistance zipping this one up because it's almost impossible to do on your own. And if you're above a c cup your girls will be squeeeeezed into this dress pretty tightly. Once I was wrangled into it, though, I danced the night away.

Loved this dress! Other renters commented that the straps were too long but this was not an issue for me. I have a shorter torso so was surprised the straps were fine. The slit is fairly modest when standing but rides up a bit when seated, so be aware of that. The dress was fitted, flattering, and hugged all the right spots while smoothing out any issues. No bra or shapewear needed. Perfect dress for a friend's disco Studio 54 theme party.

Fit perfectly. I love the high slit, Not to high just right. Girls complained about the long straps but mine were shorter so I’m not sure what that’s about. Wore for a mama Mia themed bach party.

So comfortable! Was a little apprehensive about the length but the slit made it just sexy enough. Did not need to wear a bra! :)

Straps were a little long and get falling off my shoulder with no real way to adjust (you could Bobby pins I just didn’t have any with me!) Fun for the vibe and fit great.

I rented this for a disco-themed bachelorette party & it was perfect! The sequins and color made the dress so fun, the fit was true to size, and the length with the slit felt sexy but still classy. It was easy to dance in, too! I got a ton of compliments. My only complaint is that the straps were just a bit long and not adjustable, but I did not feel over-exposed. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

I wore the 6 but the 8 would’ve given me just a little more space

Wore this to a company holiday party and got a ton of compliments. It’s comfortable and easy to move in, and I didn’t have to wear a bra. I just had to be a little careful sitting because of the slit. I probably could have benefited from some spanx, but overall it felt great!

Definitely agree with the other reviewers that the straps are oddly long. Because of this, the neckline falls down far enough to show my bra, and I couldn't go without a bra because it was a tad too loose for that. I did like it though and am planning to rent it in a smaller size for another party later this month. I am hoping that with the smaller size, either 1) the straps won't be so long and the neckline won't fall down, or 2) I can basically stuff myself into it without a bra and have the smaller size hold everything in place. I might even tuck in the straps and wear it strapless. The slit is very sexy and a bit high for my comfort level, but some black tights could definitely tone down the look. I am 5'9" so on a shorter woman, the slit wouldn't come up as high as it does on me.

I loved this dress. Sequins weren't scratchy. The shoulder straps were a bit long. I wasn't sure how comfortable I would feel with the slit but it was perfect. Not too high, never felt too exposed.

I got this as a replacement for a disco themed wedding. This dress fit comfortably and the sizing matched my expectations. The straps are a little long so you have to be conscious of your chest a bit.

I rented this dress for our engagement photos. I'd say the dress speaks for itself. Rent it. You won't be disappointed. I wish the size 6 would have been available. I went with the 8 and it was a bit large. 5'7. 135 lbs.

I've gained weight, but the dress still fit snug in all the right places thanks to a pair of spanx. The straps were a little Long, but I wore a sporty jacket over it to dress it down so the straps weren't an issue.

The sequins was perfect for the occassion. The dress was good quality which can be difficult with sequins. Straps were sturdy even though they are skinny - important for big chested women! The slit was just enough to feel sexy. Fit was great

I wore this for the Elton John concert with a RTR fur jacket & it was such a fun look!! Perfect for a party or fun event. I am on the shorter side with a shorter torso & the straps were too big on me - wish they were adjustable. I pinned them with safety pins & it worked for the night, but not ideal.

Rented this for my bachelorette trip in Miami. Told the girls to wear silver instead of black, and I chose this instead of white. I loved it! The straps were a little long, but overall it was great. Wore it to a drag brunch and felt like it fit the festivities.

Literally ordered this dress on Thursday at 1 pm and it was at my house in Indiana in 24 hours!!! I put the event a day early because I was nervous it wouldn't get here in time! Boy was I wrong! Got two sizes and thank goodness I did. Lol I got soooo many compliments on this dress! WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS!

Fit was perfect, slit was just right. Felt glamorous for a very small new years eve get together but fun. Loved it and would rent again for a formal event where it would be appropriate.
