Velvet Mini Dress

Wore it to a Colorado September wedding, and I loved it. Many compliments and this dress was a keeper! Could have sized down as material is stretchy, but this worked just fine. A lot of fabric at the top that I had to hide with a belt. Perfect for larger-chested ladies!

This dress was sooo pretty! Paired it with black suede thigh high boots. It didn’t ride up and was very comfortable. Would 100% rent again!

This looked meh on the hanger but once i put it on it fit like a glove! Stretchy and comfortable and love the color and fabric. There's a little bit of ruching on the waist that hid my pooch lol which was bonus! Would definitely rent again!

I have an athletic build so I'm always concerned about my back and arms fitting into dresses and cute tops, this dress had plenty of room to spare. I also like that the bottom hugged my curves but wasn't super tight, so it didn't ride up when walking and dancing. I'm 5' tall for reference.

The color of this dress is great! I had so many eyeshadows to pair well with it. It's very lightweight so it's better for a fall day rather than winter. I was surprised to find it had shoulder pads! Very comfy though.

Wore this to a rehearsal dinner party in Santa Fe in November and it was perfect. It was comfortable but has a bodycon fit. Rouched fabric was nice to pull and place where I wanted it.

This was the third runner up of 6 that I tried on for a winter ball. I loved the color, but thought it would work better for a fall event. I will rent it again!

This is a conservative cut dress but draped beautifully and the fabric is lux! It feels expensive and I loved it for feeling fancy in the winter. Nicole Miller tends to run a tiny hit big so air on the side of sizing down

I absolutely loved this dress and got tons of compliments throughout the evening. It was perfect for the NYE wedding I went to, and surprisingly light weight - I tend to run warm and did not get overheated all evening. Unfortunately, RTR only sent me my back up size (2) and it was a little too big. Luckily the dress is clingy so I was able to make it work!

Very comfortable, has a good amount of stretch to it, thick so it hides midsection better than I thought it would. I loved it with my tights and booties.

Wore to a fall wedding, was able to fit a size 2 though I’m usually a 4 because the fabric gave just enough. So flexible and comfortable. I’m broad-shouldered and the shoulder pads weren’t too much either. Can be dressed up or down as needed!

The shiny velvet appliqués on this dress were definitely a standout! I found the waist to be a bit baggy, so I added a black belt that helped to define my waist a bit more. Wore it out on the town in San Diego and was very happy with it! Was definitely a hit - got compliments from several strangers on it.

I want to say this runs slightly big, but it may also just be the blouse-like style in the top. The skirt portion is snug but not constricting. I would say I'm a true 4 in dress size but the 2 was perfect. Winter wedding so I wore with tights but this would have been equally stunning without. I got several compliments on this dress!

This dress was amazing! I wore it on multiple occasions and always got so many complements. The fabric was beautiful and super stretchy. The length was great, even for a curvier girl like me. I couldn't get enough of this dress!

Fabric is weighted enough to hang nicely but not too hot. It was a little big on me - if you’re between sizes, I’d go with the smaller one :)
